Why would you not record the route to the roof on billboard 14? I don't care that you jumped off a roof and got a billboard, I watch the video to see the route to the billboard.

Because sometimes driving at night helps the objectives stand out better. In this case, it helps with the bright orange billboards being easier to spot in the dark. Not really rocket science to figure that out.
