When this song came out during the mid of my high school years, I was doing so much and embracing everything I could to try and make it somewhere, be something and find the answers while including all the mixed feelings felt. With all the many ups and downs this song was my high school anthem, I wonder though now in my third year of college where some of my wonderlust has gone and this sense of freedom and fun and passionate. Maybe this song is symbolic to those fun times in high school and every time it’s listened too, brings a flood of memories back.
