Ingredients
Egg 1 piece
Sugar 1/4 cup
Milk 2 tbs
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1tsp
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Method
Beat egg and sugar until change colour slightly. Add milk, oil and vanilla essence. Add flour and baking powder, make smooth batter. Brush oil in sandwich maker. Put batter in sandwich maker and turn it on for 4-5 minutes. Soft and fluffy cakes ready for tea.
