Hold on. 11:20. 'Echoes from the past can be heard here'? Really? I'm not surprised!

At Framlingham & Orford Castles, in glass cases for museum show are Constables Wooden Batons.

Last year on the 10th August, my parents and I went to visit Framlingham Castle & then after that we went to Orford Castle.

This was lovely. It's a good idea to not say anything so that we can focus on what we're seeing. The snippets of history make me want to go back and find out more about what happened when it was a workhouse (it must have been a forbidding place to enter at that time). Was it a quiet visitor day at this location or is Framlingham Castle a genuine forgotten treasure?

Thank you . I was the first one to enter that morning but it did get busy as the day went on. The castle has got a bit more popular over the years as it is the castle that Ed Sheeran referred to in his song, castle on the hill.

I've know several Burner-types too, and I'm not convinced they could manage to navigate with access to GPS, nor feed themselves without recourse to DoorDash or Uber Eats.
Yeah, that libertarian fever-dream kinda curdles when the weather changes. What a bunch of thuds.
