Music video by Jimi Hendrix performing Hear My Train A Comin' (Trailer). (C) 2013 Experience Hendrix L.L.C., under exclusive license to Sony Music Entertainment - เพลง
The greatest guitarist of all time. No one more expanded the instrument. He was a genuine musical genius.
I've been s Jimi Hendrix fan since I first heard "Purple Haze" in 1967 when I was 14 years old. Well now I'm 60 and I'm still "jamming" to Hendrix and collecting his post humus(I hope I spelled it right) recordings. There will never be another musician like him. He is more than a guitar player, he's a music and American icon of the turbulent 60's. When I look at Jimi Hendrix I remember that I was once a young teenager.
one of the coolest dudes ever
Jimi unbelievable no body is as mesmerizing as you Mr Hendrix.Long live your musics
jimi hendrix is the number 1 guitar player living or dead
You are good damn right my man.
P.S. That concert is so completely awesome! Jimi was on fire that night. We are talking a phenomenal performance! They sold out and people rioted so Jimi being Jimi gave a second show There are clips from both shows available.
The version of this song you hear was performed at Berkley in May of 1970. It WAS filmed but the film was damaged and only part of it remains. The audio remains intact. You can see what they have on the Live at Berkley video.
Can't wait to see this film on Friday in cinema!
In my view he has not been outdone by any guitar player since. The Guitar God.
Wow, he was a true character musician on stage... : )
The moratorium on Jimi's music comes off on 18September 2020. See y'all in Seattle then.
my hero
The God
"Tax Free" I think it will be included in the release, as one of the LIVE performances on the DVD.
Yup
WOW!!! Jimi swooped that off Keith!!!
Legit.
Can't wait. WOW
1:45 a guitar... that was in Hendrix's hands... and in Keith Richards hands... and it was damn cool gorgeous looking. I need to know where is it.
Most likely destroyed or in a museum
"Foxy Lady" improvised solo.
There seems to be so much good footage of him in good quality but you never see them except in short clips like in this video.. why isnt it released?
his sister
Kellen Odonnell more like his half sister
Love!!!!
Jimmy Hendrix que chimba.
We need someone OLD to run Jimi's estate, so they feel the urgency 'n start releasing a ton more right away! Fans that saw Jimi are pushing 60 now. Our hearing is startin to go. EH sonny? What's that you say?
Great stuff!!! :)
Fire. Jimi hèñdrix
such an amazing description so fuckin true!!!
✌❤
Though I agree about Sony sucking the blood out of everything...I think this was a preview of an upcoming documentary about Hendrix titled Hear My Train A Comin'...not a a music video on the song, which of course is the acoustic 12 string performance. I'd actually like to see this documentary.
What is the problem with Jimi Hendrix releases?
80% Documentary
15% Live Footage
5% Credits
That's why real Jimi Hendrix fans rely on bootlegs. Full shows, no documentary.
i will never be able to listen to beauty of Jimi again until I see Justice done to those who murdered him. Can you imagine his murder? I can. They poured bottle of wine down his throat three men holding him while they said into his ear, "Is this the bussiness man's wine or your wine Jimi?". Well maybe I should just enjoy the moment of life? My life was beeautiful because I was tarught a beautiful powerful language called English. I was given it, as a gift from those befproe me, the entire protocol of the exsuisite language it is. So then I ask you again. - Should I forget the murder of Jimi Hendrix?
What the fuck are u talken about xD
I would like to know what Eric Burdon knows.
es jmi no hay otro
Man, it would be nice to see all of the Madison Square Garden footage. Was that show just audience and camera recorded or is there a soundboard hiding somewhere? How much was filmed? If only we knew what EH has in that vault lol.
Watch it now:

What version of hear my train coming was he playing in the beginning. I cant find it.
Hendrix plays Berkley. But you can also find it on the rainbow bridge album
That was actually Voodoo child slight return at the beginning of this video. Not sure which version though.
Long live the Master !!!
WhatSteveWebb said!
Or shall we talk about his murder? Do you know there are alot of people here with clipped wings, scared to fly like Jimi who was not scared to fly? We must talk about his murder.
Uh... Murder? He died from a drug overdose sir. And who would of wanted to kill him while also being sane enough to be subtle about it?
Sarah Thompson
yeah, and danneman accidentally fumed herself to death by reversing her car in to a wall of cotton (that plugged her exhaust pipe)
Sarah Thompson No that is a lie promoted by the music label.
See the documentary "Jimi Hendrix: The Last 24 Hours". The doctors and police who found him will tell you that is a total myth created by the CIA/Record.
He was getting ALOT of Black
Panther supporters and even publicly supporting them at his concerts.
***** You know, having doubts about how a person died doesn't make the alternative theories true. Don't you think a drug overdose is less flashy than a political murder? If a record company wanted to rewrite his death for publicity purposes, this wouldn't be the way to do it.
***** Calling me close-minded for disagreeing with you is hardly fair. Besides, aren't you just as astute in declaring his death isn't really as it was reported, if not more so, than I am in taking a grain of salt with every theory in regards to it? I don't really have a strong opinion on how he died; I just pointed out some flaws in your idea.
Is a triler to a ducmentary that lets you see how beautiful he was without mentioning his murder?
Brother. Listen to me. I wouldn't doubt if he was murdered, but it really doesn't matter. It gets us nowhere. His legacy is in the power of music, not how he died. Focus on his message of love.
...AND... This all seems to be the last harrah by those who own the copy rights to Jimi's life by scaping the very bottom of the barrel to ultimately grab whatever cash they can before 19 September 2020. After that date his music will belong to the fans forever.
Omg the video pic on the link is terrible
Dick cavett says how does it feel like to be the best guitar player Jimi says ask Rory Gallagher Jimi says I might be the best one sitting on this chair Dick Cavvet and audience laugh
Am i the only guy who thinks his manager killed him? C'mon, he(the manager) was ripping off Jimi and knowing Jimi would leave him, he force-fed him all the pills that he OD'd on
No...it's just exhausting in detailing the shit.
yikes!
