I believe you can actually just wander over there though, like stated, it’s unfinished. It’s actually more eerie how empty it is cuz not even zombies are there.
So i just went out there to see for myself and believe it or not there some finished buildings with loot tables out there!!! Most notably: that tower before the bridge across the river has like 6 cabinets that spawn high tier gun loot. Slightly down/right along the riverside is a awesome fancy restaurant/lab in the middle of the river with a small bridge leading to it making it PERFECT for base building. 3 floors with plumbing, power, industrial kitchen, and locked armoured doors on the top layer, the shopping mall center has some AWESOME stores inside, and american tire with bay, indoor store, and supply room, along with several farming supplies/building supply stores all with their own supply rooms. Notably, a really big electronics store aswell. The school is implemented fully and i discovered another little secret.... if you go straight down/left for a decent distance youll come across ANOTHER unfinished town that has roads that both lead directly OFF map which is interesting, and has an opposite faced road that ends in the woods towards.... valley station... build 42 might just be adding more than 1 town... this town is also notable as it is a HEAVILY forested and rather fanced off area with Tons of farm land and a few lakes. In brandonburg, the pileocrepe building more southern side is extremely worn down, like 2 years later apocalypse worn down, some of the walls are crappy wood or barbed wire fence. The windows have METAL sheets welded on.... i sense LORE incoming. TLDR lots of cool shit out there, zombie tables and full loot tables out there. Use the black hawk mod to fly over legitimately or the cheats mod to noclip through. You will not regret it, theres lots of cool shit out there If you want to find even more than i did, follow the roads until they end, and look around, if it looks like it was a connecting road/highway go straight in the direction it was going, im sure youll find more unfinished towns out there! Msg me here if you find anything else!
I remember being so confused as to why there was just a bunch of buildings outside of the “playable” map are in PZ, and why there was a huge fence blocking it off. I went there anyway by just knocking a hole in the fence but it was pretty hard to navigate considering it’s not actually on the in game map. Still a cool little area tho I’m glad it’s being expanded in the next update.
They should add fighting techniques like you start with the basic one in fighting skills and can find books on different techniques like finding a boxing,MMA or kungfu magazine and then your character would have new fighting animations
I think it's just kinda makes sense if you already on level 2 on electronic, you should be able to use generator but for a drawback with not reading the user manual, the generator will degrade and losing fuel faster

The cars having no fuel makes sense because somebody probably siphoned it out or they left the engine running. Gas stations have so much fuel nobody’s going to take the time to take every last bit of gas from it.

i think the best way to have money to hire more devs and artist is making a dlc as a new map like huge cities , i mean, this game have potential not to just made a Town/Ranch , its like rimworld , they make dlcs with a cost like 15-20 bucks and was so good selled
@@lightfm90 No dude, I really hate that kind of "DLC", but I mean, Rimworld adds a lot of gameplay with some DLC, and they create a template for modders and make mods 10 times bigger and cooler, by this I mean that developers need to have more money to add more gameplay and be faster with development, because if they lose money with long development, they leave the game as it is. They could use the money they collect from the map to invest in developers to work on the mapping tool, simply. They could just tell us to fuck off at any time if the game doesn't make money anymore or have toxic people like some weeks ago ..... , sims 4 sucks with those dlcs, what I'm saying is a meaningful dlc to support, kind of like some games that sell the soundtrack separately.

I play solo since 2 days ago. Its actualy quite doable if you get your priorities straight. Day 12, lvl 35 and am already on my way to make concrete mix as well as having tier 3/4 tech 2 weapons and tools. 😅 You get quite alot of books if you invest points in skills and know where to look. Obviously you might nog find as many shotgun or rifle books out in tier 1 café but thats obvious. 😂 but nobody is stopping you to go trough town and empty every bookshelve and mailbox you come across. Using the nerd outfit giving the x% chance to give 2 points from 1 book makes that even easier. Plus on top of that, if you increase looting bonuses via gear or area/ POI tier and skills... even trash can give damn good results. I've pulled legendary parts as well as 300+ brass from random trash on the street. The only thing i highly dislike is the screamer frequency being so high. Not to mention that those bitches can call in more screamers who on their part can continue the cycle
Like in real life. What do you do besides trying to survive as long as possible? Get a nice car? Find a nice house and nice stuff to put in it? Build a palace? Play the game more like you would in real life: clean yourself before eating and take off that helmet when sleeping..

Knapping is its own skill now? The skills are cool because you get a payoff from working to improve them. Things like Fitness and Carpentry and the different weapon skills are useful and have tons of different applications throughout the game. But with knapping… how often do you need to chip two rocks together to make a flimsy axe? Haha
well, realistically a skillfully knapped blade would be both sharper and last longer than a poorly made one, is you're doing a wildernis run it'll be a really useful thing to lvl. also perhaps you could make flint arrowheads since archery seems to be a thing they'll be adding too

Not to be that guy but game developers don't usually care about your mods or how easy or difficult they are to be applied to the game; they can make them available but that's about it.
@cursedhawkins1305 I think eventually official mod support will be added to the game. But, like you said, hardly a priority when they have THEIR game to work on
But much More polished AND better integrated into the game. There's also animals wich Will be huge, the rework of streetlights, etc. Most of this features could be pretty much individual updates and there would still be a lot to see
I think we all can agree that we'd like the finished game to have so many features that mods would be less and less necessary. At least, that's how I enjoy my games. I prefer vanilla most of the time.
Mods adds a lot of features that doesn't blend with each other Games also keep on being unstable when highly modded because modders don't care about low end PCs or different CPU architectures for example, it doesn't get testing, translations for another languages etc

It's just an anti cheat (stupid one considering that the game is mostly singleplayer and if that was introduced and I'm barely tolerating it tbh, because I get nothing from this anti cheat) and doing some things outside the main game to make it impossible to play offline, to force saving your saves on cloud to make you purchase primogems. There's no real reason behind constant connection other than that Just don't pack 4-8k graphics. They're useless for almost everyone, even on pc Its created in java which in theory can even run on browser You can run ported version of 1.7-1.7 Minecraft on browser The only thing to remember is that most phones doesn't have dedicated card, so stop creating 18288k textures and you'll be ok

In brandonburg, the pileocrepe building more southern side is extremely worn down, like 2 years later apocalypse worn down, some of the walls are crappy wood or barbed wire fence. The windows have METAL sheets welded on.... i sense LORE incoming.
TLDR
lots of cool shit out there, zombie tables and full loot tables out there. Use the black hawk mod to fly over legitimately or the cheats mod to noclip through. You will not regret it, theres lots of cool shit out there
If you want to find even more than i did, follow the roads until they end, and look around, if it looks like it was a connecting road/highway go straight in the direction it was going, im sure youll find more unfinished towns out there!

Not to be that guy but game developers don't usually care about your mods or how easy or difficult they are to be applied to the game; they can make them available but that's about it.
@cursedhawkins1305 I think eventually official mod support will be added to the game. But, like you said, hardly a priority when they have THEIR game to work on

So build 42 MOSTLY gives me stuff I already have via mods.
But much More polished AND better integrated into the game. There's also animals wich Will be huge, the rework of streetlights, etc. Most of this features could be pretty much individual updates and there would still be a lot to see
I think we all can agree that we'd like the finished game to have so many features that mods would be less and less necessary. At least, that's how I enjoy my games. I prefer vanilla most of the time.

Mods adds a lot of features that doesn't blend with each other
Games also keep on being unstable when highly modded because modders don't care about low end PCs or different CPU architectures for example, it doesn't get testing, translations for another languages etc

Look at what happened to the mobile version of CoD Warzone it was freaking cooking mobile devices because of how much it was trying to push on them!

Web connection is not really used to help it. It's just an anti cheat (stupid one considering that the game is mostly singleplayer and if that was introduced and I'm barely tolerating it tbh, because I get nothing from this anti cheat) and doing some things outside the main game to make it impossible to play offline, to force saving your saves on cloud to make you purchase primogems. There's no real reason behind constant connection other than that
Just don't pack 4-8k graphics. They're useless for almost everyone, even on pc
