- This may be the craziest most loud exhaust ever for the FRS/BRZ/86... Current setup is a Borla UEL catless header, catless front pipe, greddy rs with no muffler! Pretty much fully straight piped with a small resonator. What do you think, too loud or a nice loud?!

What I learned from this video is don’t lower ur car it’s stupid maybe just a tiny tincy bit but not like this it’s pathetic
Buy a muffler valve like xforce that you weld on to your exhaust and then you can open/ close the exhaust. You can open it slightly as well so you can keep it loud but not obnoxious

I have a dual exhaust with muffler delete and catless UEL headers. Everything between headers and rear axle is stock. Sound is perfect for me.
the deep tone sounds beautiful. you should get a valve so that its not obnoxious when driving it out on the road. you could open it for meets and stuff

An STI for the channel would be stick, since I’m sure a bunch of people that are watching also own one. Also exhaust is a bit too loud lol but if you like it keep it just don’t take it out at night! Love the video as always!

Been awhile but i’m back!
I literally just did something like this a couple weeks ago. I'm running JDL UEL catless headers into a 3" Nameless Performance exhaust with a hi-flow cat. It had 2 resonators along the way and 2 5" mufflers. Crackle tune blew out one of the resonators which affected the mufflers so I ended up with a 3" straight pipe from the broken resonator back. I never thought I'd say it, but it's definitely too loud lol. Can't really talk to someone else in the car or hear any music, highway sucks. On the other hand, I drive a lot slower and more calm😇

Just throw a magnaflow 10415 somewhere in the middle it will lower the “loudness” but keep a good tone!

The wrap can be buffed, use a light compound and polish on a high speed orbital and it should take it off. Just make sure to use light passes as to not heat it up too much, the heat would make the wrap mailable and could mess it up. I’d do it at night in the garage when it’s cooler 👍
Im getting the same exhaust blast pipe by Megan but with the burnt tip. Putting it on my MK5 GLI Jetta. I want it sticking out and angled as well.

I had a straight pipe FR-S with Tomei UEL on Stage 2 Tune with E85 pop tune. Definitely really loud but very unique

Quick question. So I picked up a 2013 BRZ would a straight pipe be good for it or what can be done to make it sound good. Would I do just the straight pipe or would it be with a resonator and the straight pipe ?

coming from a 86 owner, my 2016 frs is straight pipe and i daily it and its gets old...i love it but yea its super loud and cold starts are ear piercing especially during winter. i got mine down back in Jan. im looking into the tomei 80r or greddy rs single exit since i deleted my diffuser for chassis mount wing and bash bar. My current exhaust set up is a custom cat back with 2.5 inch pipe with a Y in the middle of my car to 4inch tips.
Look into the hks single exit it’s 500-600 bucks 3 inch with a 3.5 tip it’s the perfect sound
Dual like that would look so sick 🔥🔥 and if get a new bumper with the diffuser much cleaner

Also, setup is too loud, 😅 or at least for my personal taste. I think if you put a resonator or a small muffler, it’ll sound really nice. Your exhaust has a nice tone, just need to adjust the volume of the system.

Use Mr. clean Magic Eraser for that scuff just make sure you damp it with water before you use it. It should come right off.
