Fastest lap?? I saw some very interesting driver techniques in this video. Could probably shave off another full second tbh.
None the less, looks awesome to drive.

Our drivers would agree that it's awesome to drive, as well as that it could have been faster. Since this was our first ever driving EV that we didn't have working until a day before we left for competition, we had almost no time to test the vehicle, let alone do driver training. This was this drivers first time driving the vehicle in more than a straight line, it's amazing he was able to put up the time he did despite this.

@@gophermotorsports2153 wow! Love the background info. That is really incredible he could run fast at all! You can tell it accelerates and stops on a dime. Keep up the great work! I’m old school for gas power but I could get down with these things

@@gophermotorsports2153 I'm unsure about FSAE but here in the UK it's very common for first-year EV teams not to pass scrutineering or even turn a wheel on circuit. Very impressive to see a first-year EV team get the car going, and going very quickly might I add.

Oversteering like crazy. Check your suspension setup
