- All Rights go to Disney & Pixar ~
Sheriff Woody, Sid Phillips (as a garbage man).
- Sid Phillips is the main character and also the first villain in Toy Story (1995) film which was the first animated movie of PIXAR animation studios. In Toy Story (1995) film, Sid had got some lessons by Sheriff Woody and his mates, not to torture the toys anymore. Sid always used to wear the black shirt with skeleton head in the first movie.
- In Toy Story 3 (2010), a garbage man was supposed to be Sid Phillips as he wore the black shirt with skeleton head. But he is not the main character and villain in the 2010 film. - ภาพยนตร์และแอนิเมชัน
Looks like Sid is living his best life in this scene. Good for him.
Yeah, and the best part is that Disney rumored that Sid's now saving toys since he's changed.
@@Leatherhead1225 makes sense since he got tortured by the toys in TS1
@@ninjapro5451
I wouldn't say tortured, but rather traumatized.
And correct me if I'm wrong but don't garbage men actually make decent money considering the nature of the job?
@@jordanchen23 They do since they work for the cities and government. Not only do they get great pay but amazing government benefits as well
I can totally tell that's Sid, I guess years of therapy helped him get over his fear of seeing toys come to life while wearing headphones.
I implied the same thing.
@@marvinthemaniac7698 Yep, funny how things change
@@derrisEbynum7182 There is a popular theory that Sid is saving toys.
Well he love metal music since he was a kid. I think the trauma caused by the toys made him a better person
@@TheMrDShowVN Totally and there a popular theory that Sid is trying to save toys.
Funny how Sid is keeping it real with a job and no more torturing toys 😂
He knows they’re sentient now.
To be honest, though, torturing toys is a pretty harmless way of relieving aggression, considering that he was probably being abused by his dad. I’d rather he destroy some toys than hurt other people.
Being a trash collector definitely feels like the kind of thing Sid would want to do when he grows up.
They get paid more than school teachers, which is ironic. My teacher once told me that if I failed school, I'd end up working as a garbage man. They make more money and dont have to take years of college to learn how to become a teacher. That's what you called a wasted education for lower profits.
@@projectdelta50lol Triggered much?
@@projectdelta50they get paid very well in the UK too
@@projectdelta50Security guards too. Really they're many jobs that don't require college but people don't want to take them because of hours or the paid being "low" even though you have 5 days a week. Or the economy doesn't want to hire people like that no more unlike in the 2010s.
That is Sid
Its good to see he didnt get traumatized by the toys
And happy with his job
He probably did. He may have just gotten over it eventually, possibly through therapy.
At least it looks like he’s enjoying his job!
And enjoying life
And probably making a great income too.
yes it is sid it even mentions him in the credits
dude i did not even know that was sid until now
SAMESIES
I wonder how Sid would react if he saw Woody come to life a second time here. Would he get as freaked out as last time or would he be more used to it and chill about it?
He would probably have PTSD flashbacks of what happened in the first movie and start freaking out.
I was thinking that! That's a missed opportunity on Pixar's part if there ever was one! I can imagine Woody popping out at around 0:09 and say "Hello Sid! Playing nice lately?"
@@nils920nha that would just make woody an @ss for no reason
He would run in the truck or wiggle arms get on the truck
@@nils920 more like
Sid(sees Woody alive):Hello Cowboy.
Woody(shows a horrified expression):Oh Shit.
I have a theory about why Sid is so much better here than he was in the first movie:
Sometime after Andy moved away, Sid got taken away from his negligent parents by CPS, who placed him with a foster family who got him the psychiatric help he needed after seeing his toys come to life.
That's a good theory. But I'm leaning towards the fact that the talking toys scared the crap out of him
@@bobbycorwen1356 if he was still traumatized from seeing his toys come to life, he would be in a mental institution, not working as a garbage man.
What about his sister Hannah?
@howell162 same thing happened to her, only she went to live with a different family.
This isn't Sid
He seems Happy with his job 🗑♻️
Sid has job security, a steady income and union benefits, and will probably be promoted to a more lucrative position while Andy is paying off his student loans. Sid wins.
Andy after college will be able to go work wherever he wants while Sid's salary will only be enough to rent a two bedroom apartment. and I'm not sure there are girls who would want to date an employee of a garbage company
@@amitkenan3878why did people universally agreed that its sid
... Like bro the only thing common between sid and this guy is a fuckin tshirt... And why will a teen whos just 18 years old would work as a garbage man💀
@@priyanshagnihotri4648it’s been confirmed by Pixar and Disney that it’s Sid.
@@amitkenan3878Sanitation workers can make up to 25-28 an hour just starting out. It’s not a bad job. Can definitely get more than a two bedroom flat with that.
Did you do drugged?
Apparently it was the same voice actor too, Erik Von Detten, who retired from acting after this
So his last lines were "pew pew pewwwww"?
"This is the peak. My work here is done."
*Retires*
a lil fun fact: Erik Von Detten (mainly known for his role in the Disney movie "Brink!") does the voice of Sid in Toy Story 1 and reprised his role in Toy Story 3
I Didn’t Even Know It Was Sid.
I think it would've been nice to see Andy & Sid cross paths
There are fanfictions where they become/are friends more or less.
I wonder if they were really friends or not
Same. Maybe in a spin off movie.
@@SpFlash1523 you are right and I imagine if Andy & Sid meet each other I imagine Andy would give Sid a Will Smith styled slap (the only reason I think this would happen is because of what Sid did to Woody & Buzz during the main events of the 1st Toy Story movie) here’s how I imagine it would’ve went
Here it is
Andy:(gives Sid a Will Smith styled slap after learning what he did to Woody & Buzz during the main events of the 1st Toy Story movie)
Sid(shows a stunned face after getting a Will Smith styled slap from Andy):Wow Andy Davis just smacked the Sh&t out of me!
Andy(shows an angry face):Keep Woody & Buzz’s names out your F@&king mouth!
Sid(shows a shocked face):Woah I didn’t mean to hurt both of them.
Andy(still shows an angry face):KEEP WOODY & BUZZ’S NAMES OUT YOUR F@&KING MOUTH!
Sid:0_0
@@jonmcinnis1645 The problem is Andy wouldn't know Sid did what he did to the toys and even so it was so long ago that Andy would understand Sid has grown up.
I am happy that sid didn't become a bad guy.
He never was a bad guy, he didn't know the toys were conscience and when he learned they were he was mortified, he was just some abused, mistreated kid who didn't know he was actually torturing living beings.
But still stupid. He seems perfectly happy even though he's working as a garbage man while Andy goes to college
@@Mr.Goodkat Actually he was. His villainy got a little worse in the crossover comic series with Monsters Inc called Laugh Factory after his trauma with Woody and the other toys.
@@Mr.Goodkathe was violent kid, if woody didn't teach him a lesson, that kid will grow up become a psycho killer, what he did to the toys, he will do it to people
@@user-fx7mq9yl3p Damaging someone even more psychologically isn't a good course of action, "teach a lesson" is a simplistic and vindictive way of thinking which just makes everything worse and isn't done out of any real concern for the person either.
Well I guess he's into music now
Music can help ease out the childhood trauma, like what he faced.
Would’ve been so much better if Woody was like “Hey Sid long time no see” and Sid just be like “Hey man! Lovely day isn’t it?”
Sid had a cameo as adult garbage man?😦😦😦
Alternate ending.
Woody: hey sid, remember me 😃
Sid: 😨 (runs away)
And at the end credits we see Sid at the psychiatrist:
"It was the cowboy again! I swear I saw him!"
Truck driver: "Wtf is he doing?! Hurry up, we're behind schedule!"
Sid: "Shut the fuck up and drive. Man I love Nirvana!"
Home owner: "Who dented my mail box?!"
And Andy's dad: Dinkleberg!
LMAO 🤣
Sid also be trying listen to Metallica, too.
@@JenniferPoole.33272 ? What do you mean?
@@silvioilner7090 He could also be trying to listen to Metallica but it’s hard to cause of the truck driver yelling. Another reason why he told the driver to stfu
Shut the hell up now tell me everything I want to know
Who dented my mailbox
Sid is the first pixar villian
True.
Disney AND Pixar
Jms yes
Yep Pixar’s first villain and one of its best.
Ethan lotso is pure evil
He just threw their trash can lid in there didn’t even care
Why would he?
You can see he takes off the trash can lid right before he hauls the trash can over to the dump truck. He just doesn't put it back on afterward.
Got Headphones Too!
Anyone else ever just stop and think about how that for a few seconds, Woody thought he just witnessed his lifelong friends get crushed to death in one of the most gruesome ways possible, and there was nothing he could do about it.
Is funny I think if woddy knew that was Sid he would of done something
He loves his job
Wonder how Hannah turned out, and scud.
Scud is either super old like how Buster was or he could have died of old age
Sid was never a bad guy, evil kids usually torture animals while Sid was just blowing up toys and many normal kids love playing with firecrackers.

CRAZY SID PHILLIPS AS GARBAGE MAN SCENE - IN TOY STORY III (2010 ) FILM !!!
Garbage men get £15,000 to £35,000 a year. That's good money for Sid right?
What if Hannah will appear in future film like Toy Story 5
I find it unlikely.
Funny theory: Hannah will end up with Andy
Woody is my favorite character from the toy story franchise

The garbage man was Sid the whole time
Maybe hopefully his parents stopped neglecting his mental well being 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Y’all think he’s saving toys? Did you not see the garbage truck just crush the hell out of those bags 😂
Sid now is more evil now he wants the toys death as garbage
He looks just like my brother.
Woody should have just casually walked up to Sid and told him his friends were in the trash bags and that he needed to wait.
Even if he did, Sid had headphones on and wouldn’t have heard him.
How sid just became a garbage guy!?
And what do you think he would become? He fits with a garbage boy or a psycho killer
it’s sid
Like how much did Erik VOn Detten get paid for this lol
If the garbage man is Sid Then this makes me wonder what happened to Hannah (Sid’s sister)
She’s dead

@@jonmcinnis1645 I’m guessing likely started a beauty salon that became so successful she did Repunzels hair
Probably has a drinking problem too. But sure, “living his best life.” smh…..
How Can You Tell That's Really Sid? Sid Was A Kid In The First Toy Story. And Besides, I'm Sure He's About The Same Age As Andy. Andy Was Going Off To College, And I'm Sure Driving A Garbage Truck Requires A CDL. Something You'd Have To Go To School For. You Should Type In Either "Sid Grows Up" Or "The Sid Phillips Movie 2020".
It was confirmed by Disney and a bonus feature they mention Sid got a job in waste management. Also he’s not driving the truck, he’s just the one who empties the trash into the truck you don’t need a CDL for that. I’m pretty sure he’s over the age of 18 at this point which is the age requirement to work in waste management. Although it might not be as glamorous as college Sid is doing pretty good in life.
0:10 I have no idea why but I always thought this scene was in my imagination can anyone relate to this I forgot all about it until now
Is that really Sid?
Yeah. We can suppose because of his 'skeleton head' shirt. He used to wear in Toy Story 1.
@@Frost-hm9db
Him and his Voice Actor are also mentioned in the credits.
@@SonicPlayer2004 Do you think Sid and Andy ever knew each other
@@nealsmall9316
Not sure.
@@nealsmall9316 probably not, mike Mozart the creators friends had a interview on woody origin, long story short the house they live in in Toy Story 1 is Andys sr parents house the picture on the wall are sr as a kid which they moved there because andy sr polio came back and they fell on financial problems then he died so andy jr and Sid never met which then they move right away
So that's Sid Phillips who's grown up.. Okay? But in this Toy Story 1 movie 1995 He was a such a mean bad boy when he love destroying toys since he was a kid in memories but good news it's over and he's changed grown to be a good man after years ago I'm glad Sid learned his lesson thanks to Sheriff Woody has saved the day once again and now Sid is being a garbage recycler man & luckily he's not gonna harm or torture all the toys anymore because He's too old and grown up into a good behaviour person finally in this Toy Story 3 movie 2010?.
What's happening with scud the dog?
Probably passed away from old age
Also what is he singing
What?
To me I don’t think that’s sid because I think that’s someone else and he’s wearing Sid’s shirt😑

Not really. Fun fact: He did steal Boo’s Jessie doll in the monster Inc comic series: Laugh Factory.
