OCEN was very much needed for our Indian economy.
As a practicing CA I see lot of MSME enterprises struggling with cashflow problem. Even though they have potential to grow, their ambition and growth is hampered due to lack of credit facilities available from banks.
This is a great move the Government of India.

OCEN was developed by Sri Piyush goyal ji through his mastermind, and it is ahead of its time, World's first such masterstroke, which will give more loans to Msme's easily. These loans will be without or very little security collateral and govt will waive very easily during elections in another masterstrokes.
China or USA will not be able to copy this masterstroke of loan giving to Msme at very low interest rates through swiggy ,zomato, paytm even though china has stake in swiggy, zomato, paytm, ola etc .

See in mallyas case etc at least the bank has assets to attach..... In SME cases what will u attach........see Indians are really beimaan people when it comes to money...... Yes we have a lot of honest guys who suffer unnecessarily.... But they are interspersed by countless people with questionable charector.... The ratio of frauds is just too high..... Even assets kept as collateral is not worth because he overvalues the asset and then asks the bank to go fuck itself...... See the problem??? Even if they lend against a project the person invents fake vendors and starts siphoning his share out before the project even completes construction stage...... In such a scenario banks are forced to lend to RIL and TATA because at least guarantee rehti hai ki kal bhagenge nahi..... Hence lendors are standing in line to lend to those groups..... Don't blame them.... Put yourself in their shoes

I thank you in advance for making video on OCEN topic sir.
I want to suggest another topic to make a video which the frontline Economic media houses ignored.
    The topic is:
*Growing aviation market and Industry of India. It's impact on Indian Economy, Tourism and finally Soft Power of India.*
Most of the big airlines have either ordered or in advanced stages of ordering planes in massive number like Air India placing order for 470 Aircrafts with an option of another 370, IndiGo has placed order for 500 Aircrafts in batches during recent times like the one for 300 aircrafts placed with Airbus in 2019, Jet Airways new management is planning to acquire 200 Aircrafts, new player Akasa Air is planning to place order consisting over 100 Aircrafts this year. More recently IndiGo placed order for another 500 Aircrafts which takes the total number of ordered aircraft by IndiGo from Airbus crosses 1000.
So total number of aircrafts orders from Indian aviation companies is likely to cross over 3000 in near future.
So if incentives offered such huge order numbers may even attract commercial aircraft OEMs like Boeing, Airbus to set up assembly and manufacturing line here in India. It can also serve orders from Middle East, ASEAN and Africa as well.
Already Boeing sources aircraft components worth 1 Billion USD annually from India.
There was news of collaboration between Boeing and GMR to setup a plane conversion workshop in Hyderabad.
And India is also well placed geographically at the center of Asia, Africa, ASEAN and Oceania to setup maintenance hub for all commerical aircraft. So is the potential of India being a Air Transshipment hub of entire world. Because India itself is growing economically and is surrounded by growing regions like ASEAN, Africa, Central Asia etc.
*Also cover current state of aircraft manufacturing Ecosystem in India covering:*
*-* Tata manufacturing military cargo planes for IAF like Airbus C-295 in India.
*-* HAL made military jets like LCA Tejas, Trainers like HTT-40 and assembly of Su-30.
*-* NAL Saras and under development RTA(Regional Transport Aircraft) manufacturing by HAL.
*-* Reliance Aerospace manufacturing front fuselage of Dassault Falcon VIP jet.
*-* Tata Advanced Systems manufacturing Apache Helicopters fuselage and F-16 wings etc
*In the video cover all macroeconomic and business aspects like:*
    *1)* Air Passengers number growth.
*2)* Increase in number of Airports.
*3)* Growth strategies of aviation companies
*4)* Business strategies of the aviation companies to benefit from this massive growth potential.
*5)* How to promote domestic manufacturing of these new Aircrafts both by Foreign OEM Companies like Airbus, Boeing, Embraer etc by partnering with Indian Aviation companies like Tata ASL, Mahindra Aerospace etc.
*6)* Maintenance and conversion hub ecosystem.
*7)* Present state of aircraft manufacturing in India whose examples I mentioned above.
*8)* Addressing potential of Aircraft exports from Indian manufacturing facilities to Aviation Companies in countries across the region like Central Asia, Middle East, ASEAN, Africa and Oceania by analysing data of air passenger growth in those countries.
*9)* Macroeconomic and socio-economic benefits of having an aircraft manufacturing, conversion and maintenance hub.
*10)* Air transportation potential in building multimodal transportation ecosystem. Recently Amazon brought it's dedicated Air Cargo service to Hyderabad by seeing the fast growing e-commerce segment of India.
*11)* Finally the stocks to watch out for in this growing aviation sector of India.
*If this makes video/article lengthy then make it in three parts:*
*1)* First part covering growth potential and business strategies of the aviation companies along with stocks to watch out for.
*2)* Second part regarding how government should plan to leverage such big order number by giving out incentives to attract domestic manufacturing and R&D centers of these aircraft companies and also promote maintanence and conversion hubs in India. Also mention stocks to watch out for which manufacture spares and components like fuselage, onboard computers etc.
*3)* Third part covering massive employment potential of creating Commercial Aircraft Manufacturing, Conversion and Maintenance hubs. Along with this also cover Air Cargo and multi modal transport potential in growing e-commerce market and number of airports in tier-2 and tier-3 cities of India. Lastly mention how it will boost tourism in India.
Please plan this video if possible.
It has potential become one of the most viewed video of Think School.
Who knows this may even reach till policymakers and ministers as well inorder to make India an aircraft manufacturing hub.

Ganesh, you are truly doing a fantastic job through your channel by informing this modus of obtaining loans and keeping our MSME s alive, for they alone form the backbone of any large industrial economy by employing millions of people based on the market dynamics of demand. This has been very well demonstrated through almost hundred years of German experience, where the medium sized industries even at village level, incuding small micro breweries in towns have proven to be the core of the industrial strength of an economy. They are also thus insulated from the vagaries of international turmoil as they tend to be self sustainable by feeding the closely knit villge / town level economies thus forming a macro economic model in its own sphere. Ganesh, Thank you so much again for your Think school videos, which I so regularly visit to educate myself and my circle of friends and keep abrest. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Not Modi Chacha, if BJP was elected to power in 2024, then they will definitely divide India vigorously based on religion and destroy India. Mark my word.

Very well researched video. Im textile industry owner I know the pain of this better than anyone. we buy cotton yarns from Mills in cash, we have atleast 10 process before it becomes a terry towel and we have to pay our employees and maintain our Industry and Sell the finished product in credit for atleast 90 days, not a single party or wholesaler pays before 90 days and It is inevitable for us to do business or even run it for even 1yr if you dont give them credit.

Good work brother! Your videos are too good and immensely informational.
Suggestion: But your videos arent meant for non-english speaking audience, while the content still being relevant. Like Mr. Beast, may be you can try dubbing the same video in other languages and releasing them.
    Love your work!

We have seen all the pros of OCEN ,but if we see critically won't this cause the NPA's of bank to increase by increased credit default

It might actually reduce it because this would open up the doors for way more diversification at a higher interested rate. As opposed to giving very big loans at a lower interest rate. But that's the core of banking and Indian banks are not known for portfolio diversification.
