87-88 Jordan possibly deserved a unanimous MVP. He won DPOY, led the league in scoring and steals. 35 ppg, 1.6 blocks, 3.2 steals, 5.9 assists, 5.5 rebounds on 54% shooting, playing all 82 games that year leading the Bulls to a 50-32 record. Plus his PER that year is third highest all time. That's a crazy year even by MJ's standards.
I think the 92 season had to be his unanimous mvp cuz he was at the peak of his game and his iq that year was off the chart.. and they won 67 regular season.. he led the leauge in scoring and was first defensive all team. But 88 season was unreal no doubt
Vaughn Blannon nah the dude just didn't like Lebron, he said he thought he wouldn't be the only one not voting for him lol even he knew lebron was the MVP
You forgot the one who deserved it most The goat The under appreciated He played for the best franchise in NBA history He was number 24 He was named after a snake YOU ALL KNOW WHO IM TALKING ABOUT The man, the myth, the legend, The mamba WHITE mamba BRIAN SCALABRINE
2013 Lebron was Tha Goat. 40% 3pt shooter on many attempts. Most athletic in the nba at that point. Elite playmaker. Finally clutch. Lockdown defender. Heat won 27 straight. That was LeGoat James
MyBeautifulDark TwistedFantasy "Finally clutch"....? Really lol? He hit game winners against wizards in 06 playoffs. Scored 29 of 30 points for Cleveland against Detroit in 2007? Hit game winner against magic in 09.... led the Heat down 2-1 against Indiana in 2012. And came back and won against Boston down 3-2 in 2012???
LeBron's 2013 season was unbelievable, he was beating records almost every week Lol , I remember one streak he had, 5 or more games with 30+ points with 60% FG or plus ,and of course the HEAT streak the second longest streak ever
Alberto Mahía it wasnt the worse era, it was the most diverse. It was the only decade that wasnt dominated b6 one or two teams. The lakers dominated the the 49s and 50s. The 60s was The celts. The 80s was the the lakes and celts. The 90s was the bulls. The 00s were the spurs, and lakers, and the 10s so far has been any team with Lebron, and Golden State. The 70s was the obpy tume there wasnt really a dominating team. 7 different teams won champioships in the 70s.
Eddie Thomas wow you are O fucking stupid the 10s is NOT golden state and any team w the lebon that's how I know you're bandwagon , 2010 was celts Lakers spurs and heat you dumbass three recent years was cavs and golden state

I still cant understand why the 1996 MJ didnt get ALL the first place votes... the 4 votes he didnt get were just complete haters... and we all know a lot of people are warriors' haters too, so i dont even know why there wasnt any voter that is a curry hater.... tho iknow curry deserved that unanimous MVP cuz.... come on
Marcelinho Huertas there weren't any warriors haters until they choked in the finals. before that people were fine with them. nice to see a smaller franchise dominate for once
This potato there were Warriors haters before that it's just more came out after the finals and with the addition of KD everyone hates them now. The Warriors are not small franchise at all, they just been trash for a long time
Marcelinho Huertas I think cause people saw Penny as the new best player that year cause he was getting marketed heavily around that time. Before there first playoff game in 1996 there was a Penny ad mixed in with the NBA on NBC intro
MegaChampion101 its not even that, its people don't like him for whatever reason. i said this before but lebron could cure cancer tomorrow and people would still give him hate
Aulo coming from a CELTICS fan, lebron gave me hell between the fall of 2010 to now but I still respect his greatness. There’s absolutely positively no reason he didn’t deserve unanimous mvp back in 2013. He was literately a human cheat code
THEY TRY SO HARD NOT TO GIVE HIM AWARDS AND HE STILL WON 4 mvps and non stop All nba every year non stop dominance and the best player in the league half his seasons
Curry was definitely deserving of unanimous mvp last year REGULAR season. However, in 20 years, people will look back and wonder how the hell he was the first unanimous mvp
I don't know if this has been said already, but the main reason why Steph won unanimous MVP out of all these players is because last season was the first season ever where the MVP voters' names and votes were publicized. In the past, the votes were all anonymous, so one single voter could influence the unanimous outcome just because they disliked the player or felt like messing up the outcome. Therefore, everyone was basically peer pressured into voting for Curry last year in order to avoid facing backlash and getting labeled as "the guy who didn't vote for Curry."
And to answer your question Dom, when's the next time we'll see someone win unanimous MVP? I'd say pretty soon, as long as the MVP voters' names and votes continue to be publicized. At this point, any player that clearly stands out as the best player in the league should win. And on a final note, I fully agree with you on this list, that every six of these players should've and would've won unanimous (if the votes + names were publicized). Really dope video though!
The real reasons Steph got unanimous MVP was because he was leading the way for a new style of play and was doing it better than anyone , including a really great story, but really we should have better voters for MVP.
Leading the league in scoring and steals and averaging 7 assists and 5 rebounds while breaking the three point record again and breaking the reg season record for most wins in a season is pretty MVP worthy lol
Boss McDonald I like Steph but he was trash honestly Lebron would get it most years but it must be done like in football/soccer in Europe the ballon door is given at the very end of the when everything is done
Thomas Oluwa but think about if someone who u think should've been mvp gets eliminated say in the wcf, then after the finals are over someone else gets it bc they won the championship. That would suck wouldn't it?
+Ethiopian Pride what do U mean took too many plays off Lebron was the best defender in the NBA that year and should have won dpoty go look at his ratings and stats on defense
If people wanna say that the Heat would have made the playoffs without LeBron then you have to say that the Warriors would make the playoffs without Curry. Easily. Not only would they make the playoffs but they'd probably be a 4th seed in the West.
Marshall Eriksen that excuse is so dumb yeah they can make the playoffs without, but they are not championship contenders without him. The Bulls made the playoffs without MJ, but they were not true contenders without him. I'm not trying to say Curry and MJ are the same in anyway also just to get that out there
Not really, Warriors had a good bench already and Curry is still on a cheap as hell contract for his talent ( 12 mil per year), and they would need a replacement point guard who can play small ( Perhaps Brandon Knight, Teague or even Isaiah Thomas, if they could pry him away from Boston ) or maybe get two or three decent bench players, but a good 6th man usually takes a decent contract ( Jamal Crawford is on 15 mil per year ) and even if taking away an MVP meant you got three new Jamal Crawford level talents, or a decent replacement point guard it is not enough for a 1 seed full stop
No one ever had the season Curry had. Come on his team started 24-0 and went 73-9 in the regular season. Dude averaged 30 pts 5 rebounds and 7 asts on over 50 percent from the field, over 40 percent from 3 and over 90 percent from the free throw line. The most efficient season ever! Look at his minutes played. He dominated, his teams beat all the contenders in the regular season. Now did he live up to it in the finals? NO, but that has nothing to do with Regular season success. He deserved the unanimous MVP and I dont see how you can vote for anyone else after him and his team broke all those records. Best regular season ever with the most efficient too! I do believe Jordan should have won it before him and probably Bird but Curry did deserve it.
2007 Cavs where lebron took them to the finals, even though Kobe won it that season he should've won in 2005 or 2006 idk which season it was where he avenge raged his career high, also wilt shoukd fed gotten it the year he averaged 50
Jose Cruz You clearly do not understand the purpose of this video. Steph Curry did all those thing and I am not taking anything away from him but there are players that should have won it before him
ReezyBeBreezy I think just because he was doing more crazy shots- low percentage, and 1, not looking, 1 hand shit that was amazing, CONSISTENT, WHILE winning 73 games. no sarcasm. honestly, I think there should've been a vote for westbrook, and lebron, and back in the day I think kobe could've got unanimous, but it's no big deal to me. steph is a phenomenal shooter with phenomenal handles too of his own style, and whether or not he gets another ring, greatness will be recognized someday
@@Account-ru8wt they should've won unanimous mvp as well but Steph deserve it. Its not his fault that he was the first but that year no one else deserve it. How would Westbrook get a vote when he was clearly the second best player on the thunder that year
i dont think the NBA knows what "most valuable means" it means what player is most valuable to their team. so lebron should win everytime because without lebron cavs wouldnt even make the 2nd round probably
This is the dumbest logic i've ever seen. Please don't breed, their are many other teams that if you were to remove their star player, they would become irrelevant, it isn't just lebron.
sexypimpking it seems you dont understand. It would have the biggest difference if lebron left the cavs. They would go from a title contender to only getting to the second round
One thing about MJ's 3 pointers in '96, the NBA was still using the shortened 3 point line during this period so his 3 point shooting *should* have been better.
he wants. but he knows that as he's getting older, he will need to be wise in order to reserve his energy for the playoff. dude has played 6 consecutive finals and that alone take its toll on him. let alone the fact that his playing style took so much energy to do.
Strong words about Shaq in 2000 coming from a CELTICS fan of all people. I'm glad how unbiased you are in all of these videos!! You should do a video over the people who got robbed on mvps like Kobe in 05
Westbrook ended last season with 16 triple doubles He has 15 this year. The thunder have played 32 games this season. Explain to me why he wouldn't win MVP if his team makes the 3rd seed. Please tell me. He's putting up numbers Steph probably couldn't even count to.
I had to watch this video after the Giannis unanimous MVP video I watched. Classic Dom. Can't believe I've been watching your videos for at least 3 years now. Appreciate the great work.
Honest to God I think the NBA media just didn't want LeBron to win things to surpass Jordan Think about it 2012-2013 LeBron should have won Gold Medal, MVP DPOY, FMVP potential Unanimous MVP to boot Imagine if he had done that.
You still aren't getting the idea of MOST VALUABLE player, Carmelo was clearly more valuable than LeBron and AI was more valuable than Shaq to their respective teams because take off Melo and AI and they go from contenders in their conferences to lottery teams.. making them more valuable, LeBron's heat were still a damn good team w/o him
DRose - Knicks Search it up, MVP is awarded to the best performing player of the regular season. If it was most valuable to your team then I guess brook lopez should have a much better chance than curry, draymond or klay because brook lopez is worth more to the nets now that Durant is the warriors main option.
LeBron Scored 8 Points In A Finals Game it's because curry is trash at least Lebron has made more finals and led a team to the finals curry can't do that so Lebron>curry
y'all blowing this out of proportion lmaoo. put Curry on the Cavs or Miami line up they lose. LeBron on any lineup is finals. that shud say enough about MVPs. regular season builds wats gonna happen in the playoffs. LeBron Literally maps out a way to the playoffs for his team's.
@@exwhyzgaming8996 (healthy) LBJ, Ball, Kuzma, Ingram wasn't getting to the finals. He knew that and got AD. I'm not disrespecting LeBron, just being realistic. Stupid.
I would say Shaq is more dominant, because the athletes of his era are much more athletic than the ones of the 60's and with the ABA taking away really good legitimate players, Wilt didn't have as much competition. Shaq absolutely destroyed some really good big men.
Tre Geauxhard24/7 I think the thing is i believe wilt would have dominated any era. he was a legit 7'2 close to 7'3 he weighed 300+ was arguably the most athletic player in history and had a solid touch around the basket he was also a great defender and also he lead the league in assists in his later years. i think in terms of talent he might be the best ever
Chase Hutchins cant shoot loool? he was pretty much the man who invented the fadeaway jumper. that was one of his best shots. he was money all the way out to 18 ft. the problem is during his time there was no 3pt shot so long range jumpers didnt really make sense. everything was more compact and closer to the rim
Steph Curry definitely deserved the MVP, and any other player being named it instead of him would be purely wrong and stupid. In that way you can justify him being unanimous.
Will someone plz tell Dom the only reason Jordan 3-point statistics went up in 1996 is because they move the line forward.. during that time the 3pt line was shorter than it was for college players.. & once they moved it back his percentage dipped again immediately
white boy youre telling me the cavs wouldnt even make the 8th seed? id even project them higher, they got kyrie and love. 100% playoff team in the east
canyounot from espn stats and information - "Since LeBron James returned to the Cavaliers, they're 129-43 (.750 win pct) when he plays and 4-18 (.182) when he doesn't." Now please stfu
I like your channel but the MVP voting is really a matter of opinion, people don't like LeBron as much as they love Steph (not anymore I know) and it's a fact.
Ur videos are always phenomenal U are considered my favorite NBA TH-cam behind Mike korzemba Nick smith SDC BSOLZ etc (If you don't know who those people are you should check them out
You mean 2006. But yeah, people were saying that on paper they were a horrible below average team *with Kobe*, and he took them to the Playoffs in a very competitive Western Conference, and almost eliminated a second seed in Phoenix Suns with fucking D'Antoni taking the league with storm with his revolutionary system and teamball his roster was loaded, prime Steve Nash, prime Amare Stoudemire, prime Shawn Marion, great defenders in Raja Bell and Barbosa. Kobe figured how to slow down and manage a team like GSW today in 06 yet got shit for it even though it proved successful, at the end Kobe's teammates couldn't buy a bucket and it crumbled. The hate for Kobe is a shame for basketball purists everywhere.
+Samuel Gonzalez actually Amar'e Stoudemire was hurt that year and didn't play in the playoffs. I would give more of the credit to Phil and the coaching staff for making that Series against the sun competitive. those players you say you couldn't buy a bucket was actually the main reason why do you remain competitive because the Lakers had a size advantage.
Honestly the person who voted Melo over Lebron should have their voting right revoked. That shit is straight up a farce. Melo averaged 2.1 ppg more, while being worse in every other statistic. Honestly the if Lebron hadn't had D Wade that season he would have easily gotten 30ppg and it would have been unanimous.
Great video, one nitpick I think it was sometime in mid 90s the three point line was moved closer which is largely responsible for Jordan's improved 3 point shooting
The Cleveland Indians blew a 3-1 lead to a team that hadn't won in the finals for over 100 years. Cleveland bandwagon response: "This is basketball, who cares about baseball?" Answer: absolutely no one (www.thestar.com/content/dam/thestar/sports/basketball/2016/12/01/lebron-will-wear-cubs-uniform-before-tilt-with-the-bulls/lebron-mlb.jpg.size.custom.crop.1086x761.jpg)
Don't forget lebron was the first player in NBA history to score 30 or more and shoot at least 60% or better for 6 straight games, youngest player in NBA history to score 20,000 career points, career high from the 3 point line, averaged 26, 7, and 7 a game, shoot over 50% from the field, lead to heat a 27 game winning streak, lead the heat in points, rebounds, and assists, and led the Heat to a 66-16 record which is a franchise high, and the best record in the eastern conference and NBA.
Definitely could've been that one to. I just narrowly chose 95 over that one because of the 72-10
Dylan Hankins pl
50 wins.
I think the 92 season had to be his unanimous mvp cuz he was at the peak of his game and his iq that year was off the chart.. and they won 67 regular season.. he led the leauge in scoring and was first defensive all team. But 88 season was unreal no doubt

LeBron was definitely robbed of a unanimous MVP for the 2012-2013 season, and Jordan never winning Unanimous MVP is still bizarre.

It was Skip Bayless
Melo had a pretty damn good season in 2013 so can't blame the MVP vote...

Erik Martinez Lebron freaking sucks he is just bigger and stronger
Hunter Brown Vlogs you are definitely a curry fan
AceTown Vino I'm a warrior fan
Most Kareem MVPs should be unanimous. The 70s are the worst era in NBA history
Alberto Mahía he didn't even make the playoffs one year he won it
What's the difference between a regular MVP an Unanimous MVP?
Tehmeed Choudhry Unanimous MVP means that all the first place votes went to that one player
Alberto Mahía it wasnt the worse era, it was the most diverse. It was the only decade that wasnt dominated b6 one or two teams. The lakers dominated the the 49s and 50s. The 60s was The celts. MJ > LJ
Anyone else notice that all the guys on this list (or all of them) won the championship the year they should've won unanimous MVP, and Curry did win unanimous MVP but he got no ting
*ring
Perhaps that influenced Dom's choices b/c MJ's most dominant season is 1987-88.
Yeah and none of them faced injury problems in the playoffs.
+JAM because they're real MVPS. Curry never will be. and you mustive missed 2013 Wade missed games in the playoffs wasnt himself some games bc of injuries
+Baller Baby
Was wade the mvp in 2013 ? Did you fair well in school ? Doesn't seem like it.
Curry won't win MVP this season probably never again like Steve Nash
no shit kd just joined his team
BLUE PRINT He doesn't deserve it
BLUE PRINT
Never again, IDK but he's not winning it this season.
Nash did not deserve two MVP awards
Especially since Harden and Westbrook are "by themselves" (as said by many people, but have you seen the shooters on the Rockets)
Steph Curry was the NBA's first unanimous MVP, and when you think about how much NBA history there actually is, that's pretty amazing. However, there are some other players that deserved the honor first, and that's what we're talking about today.

Dom2k who the fuk voted for Melo in 13 over me...smfh
It's true though. Anthony was more Valuable to the Knicks than LeBron was to the Heat. That's what the "Most Valuable Player" should be: Valuable to their team.
Dom2k Shaq was on record saying he didn't care if people liked him which is why he didn't win, politics but I couldn't agree with you more about Shaq

So what let them haters hate it's their job... warriors still winning ... best record in 2 soon to be 3 consecutive season.. 1-1 in the finals
You are the real MVP, i mean shit where are your subs ? Your content is just soo good. You are one of the most underrated channels on whole TH-cam.
Thanks man means a lot, I'm happy with the way it's been growing so far.
Dom2k but whats the athletic cases intro instrumental tho

Ronaldo Mendoza they went 73-9 it was the best regular season by a player ever it's the regular seasons
Ronaldo Mendoza they went 73-9 it was the best regular season by a player ever it's the regular seasons
Honestly lebron should've won the MVP, that Cavs team wouldn't make it past the 2nd round without him
Leading the league in scoring and steals and averaging 7 assists and 5 rebounds while breaking the three point record again and breaking the reg season record for most wins in a season is pretty MVP worthy lol
Zen Meteor fr dude he even choked away the whole 2016 NBA finals while getting lit up by Uncle Drew and the rest of the cavs roster
LeBron the Best since 2007 should have won in 2012
S Amogh Kobe better until 2012
S Amogh he did win in 2012
marco back uh fuck no kobe overated as fuck
I think mvp should be done after the playoffs in my opinion
Thomas Oluwa same
I agree actually, well, somewhat.
Thomas Oluwa yeah fr bc step his always trash when it matters
Boss McDonald I like Steph but he was trash honestly Lebron would get it most years but it must be done like in football/soccer in Europe the ballon door is given at the very end of the when everything is done
Thomas Oluwa but think about if someone who u think should've been mvp gets eliminated say in the wcf, then after the finals are over someone else gets it bc they won the championship. That would suck wouldn't it?
I do agree with it, Curry changed the game and just did stuff nobody did before him!
LikeStrikeProduction L
Ball NotLife
Is your brain to restricted to write a full sentence why you disagree or what?
LikeStrikeProduction actually, there have been plenty of players that blew 3-1 leads
LikeStrikeProduction he didnt change the NBA
L
Every single one of these is true.
You pretty much nailed it...
Yeah, each player on this list I absolutely agree with.
yo that beat in the beginning is 🔥🔥🔥
J P truuu🔥🔥🔥
Brian Scalabrine? The Man? They Myth? The GOAT???
Wilt, Kareem, Russel, and Yao Ming are some of my favorite players xd I know they are all centers but still
what about Hakeem?
lebron should've won DPOTY in 2013
deonta thomas true
no. get of his D
No he was great on D but took too many plays off and way too much hype about "5 positions" when he would barely guard someone or of his position
I agree
+Ethiopian Pride what do U mean took too many plays off Lebron was the best defender in the NBA that year and should have won dpoty go look at his ratings and stats on defense
Doms voice is so deep now then it was before
Your content is so underrated.
I'm not trying to say Curry and MJ are the same in anyway also just to get that out there
Steph Curry The G.O.A.T He's not trying to discredit Curry bruh he's talking about the nigga that voted for Melo instead of LeBron in 2013
Marshall Eriksen 4th seed? They'd be competing w/ SA for the 1 seed
Marshall Eriksen Well without curry they would upgrade their bench a heap and would be competing for the 1 seed
LeBron could win the fucking MVP every year if he tried to honestly.
Vince Carter You're right but he has to save his body and energy for the playoffs
Vince Carter he should win it every year anyways
Vince Carter lol this comment is retarded
Vince Carter no he couldn't. voter fatigue
Andre Bailey are u stupid even espn reporters all know lebron is the mvp every year
You missed someone kd in 2014 that was one of the greatest MVP season in the modern era
Simple_studios Lebron was right next to him that year It could have went either way
Erik Martinez hell no heat had a worse record and it was voting fatigue
Great content man. Subscribed.
Appreciate it!
Steph Curry did all those thing and I am not taking anything away from him but there are players that should have won it before him
Orange Juice oh I totally understand that, im just saying to all those people saying he didnt deserve to be unanimous MVP
Jose Cruz a team not a player curry had the greatest team switch jordan and curry and jordan would dominate jordan made players good
He didn't say Curry didn't deserve it, he just said that other players before him deserved it too
curry is amazing he runs of eligle screens and shoots threes and blew a three one lead truly amazing
cole jhonnson fuck steph curry but eligle??
Ikr
The Warriors play in California California was the 31st state to join the US....Warriors blew a 3-1 lead
This channel is amazing 💯💯
so glad you made this. ive been saying for months if steph got unanimous mvp, theres a lot of other mvps that should have too.
The three point line was shorter for MJ’s best three point seasons
Smh how did curry get it before Lebron or Kobe? I mean no disrespect, he's a good player, but really
Dude Steph deserved unanimous
Lebron deserved a unanimous MVP. Kobe my top 3 favorite player but he never deserved a unanimous MVP.
@@Account-ru8wt they should've won unanimous mvp as well but Steph deserve it. Its not his fault that he was the first but that year no one else deserve it. How would Westbrook get a vote when he was clearly the second best player on the thunder that year
Koh Smoger lol u wish
Tbh the first unanimous should be Brian SCALABRINE
Dom2k YOU ARE LITERALLY ONE OF THE BEST NBA UTUBERS. KEEP POSTING VIDS I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Solentos ikr
Bro ur channel has grown fast! Congrats! Ur the GOAT of TH-cam
It sounds like Dom hasn't gone through puberty in this video lmao
i dont think the NBA knows what "most valuable means" it means what player is most valuable to their team. so lebron should win everytime because without lebron cavs wouldnt even make the 2nd round probably
Lerod Wilson Lebron should not win EVERY time,I understand what you mean but even lebron can be outplayed by someone in a season
Andre Bailey yeah he could be outplayed but he is the most important player to his team
Lerod Wilson the cavs wouldnt make it to the playoffs without lebron
This is the dumbest logic i've ever seen. Please don't breed, their are many other teams that if you were to remove their star player, they would become irrelevant, it isn't just lebron.
sexypimpking it seems you dont understand. It would have the biggest difference if lebron left the cavs. They would go from a title contender to only getting to the second round
Shaq almost got unanimous MVP the year he won it one voter in Atlanta voted Allen Iverson the rest voted Shaq
So did LeBron in 2013
Just starting watch your vids. Absolutely love them, you make great content and some great arguments. Keep up the good work man
One thing about MJ's 3 pointers in '96, the NBA was still using the shortened 3 point line during this period so his 3 point shooting *should* have been better.
the Goat LeBron can win unanimous mvp every year if he wanted to
bossnigga23 Jojoworld why would he not want to
Anepicflyingbrick _ because he saving his body for the finals
bossnigga23 Jojoworld L then he would've got it all the other years before
he wants. but he knows that as he's getting older, he will need to be wise in order to reserve his energy for the playoff. dude has played 6 consecutive finals and that alone take its toll on him. let alone the fact that his playing style took so much energy to do.
bossnigga23 Jojoworld so you're saying Lebron should be applauded for coasting?
Where is the Wilt Chamberlain : Cases for the greatest of all time?
2013 lebron was scary
Strong words about Shaq in 2000 coming from a CELTICS fan of all people. I'm glad how unbiased you are in all of these videos!! You should do a video over the people who got robbed on mvps like Kobe in 05
2013 Lebron > 2016 curry and it isn’t even close lebron was a top defender defensively curry ONLY had offense
I think when you were talking about lebron you said 1980 campaign but I think you meant 1990
The goat is FIRST
jordan is 2nd in steals all time, but he's 700 below stockton. he could block tho
Westbrook ended last season with 16 triple doubles
He has 15 this year.
The thunder have played 32 games this season.
Explain to me why he wouldn't win MVP if his team makes the 3rd seed. Please tell me. He's putting up numbers Steph probably couldn't even count to.
and now playing a real defensive team he doesnt have a single assist
***** russ gets destroyed by top defensive teams like he did against warriors and now grizzlies.
God WestBrick he was ejected, I'm not a curry hater but he has improved his shooting. The thunder got smoked without him. He is a superstar.
Solentos hating much its 1 game not 10 😂 - wizards fan
I had to watch this video after the Giannis unanimous MVP video I watched. Classic Dom. Can't believe I've been watching your videos for at least 3 years now. Appreciate the great work.
Honest to God I think the NBA media just didn't want LeBron to win things to surpass Jordan
Think about it 2012-2013 LeBron should have won Gold Medal, MVP DPOY, FMVP potential Unanimous MVP to boot
Imagine if he had done that.
You should have more subs.
Kareem was a "Young Buck" I see what you did there
You still aren't getting the idea of MOST VALUABLE player, Carmelo was clearly more valuable than LeBron and AI was more valuable than Shaq to their respective teams because take off Melo and AI and they go from contenders in their conferences to lottery teams.. making them more valuable, LeBron's heat were still a damn good team w/o him
DRose - Knicks To be honest sometimes, most of the fans and even the voters don't get the idea of most "valuable" player.
DRose - Knicks Search it up, MVP is awarded to the best performing player of the regular season.
If it was most valuable to your team then I guess brook lopez should have a much better chance than curry, draymond or klay because brook lopez is worth more to the nets now that Durant is the warriors main option.
DRose - Knicks Carmelo? Wtf I can tell you're being biased by your name
DRose - Knicks warriors without curry are great team though. Pippens bulls went 55 wins. So your point?
You put so much effort into your videos bro keep it up !
Great contents dude, you earned a subscriber
MVP is purely regular season. I have no idea why people say Curry didn't deserve it. He had one of the best seasons of all time, hate him or not.
It is not that Curry didn't deserve unanimous MVP, it is just that he should not have been the first unanimous MVP.
LeBron is.....
The 🐐!
is that a cat
LeBron Scored 8 Points In A Finals Game nah that is currys job Lebron did it 1 time curry did it more then 1 time
LeBron Scored 8 Points In A Finals Game L
Kings Of The Vox stfu
LeBron Scored 8 Points In A Finals Game it's because curry is trash at least Lebron has made more finals and led a team to the finals curry can't do that so Lebron>curry
y'all blowing this out of proportion lmaoo. put Curry on the Cavs or Miami line up they lose. LeBron on any lineup is finals. that shud say enough about MVPs. regular season builds wats gonna happen in the playoffs. LeBron Literally maps out a way to the playoffs for his team's.
Its a regular season award dumb fuck
LeBron on ANY lineup is finals, huh?
@@FelixHaukeland he was injured stupid
@@exwhyzgaming8996 (healthy) LBJ, Ball, Kuzma, Ingram wasn't getting to the finals. He knew that and got AD. I'm not disrespecting LeBron, just being realistic. Stupid.
@@FelixHaukeland a yes, lebron apparantly never tore his groin, according to you
Hey Dom, where do you find your thumbnails? or do you make them yourself? Love the vids, man. Keep up the good work
Your videos are awesome dude.
You called both Wilt and Shaq the most dominant force ever.
ADAJ3 I
I would say Shaq is more dominant, because the athletes of his era are much more athletic than the ones of the 60's and with the ABA taking away really good legitimate players, Wilt didn't have as much competition. Shaq absolutely destroyed some really good big men.
Tre Geauxhard24/7 True. Wilt was way ahead of his era
Westbrook should easily win unanimous MVP this year
Abhay Katyal He'll be lucky if he wins for me its gotta be harden
Steph Curry definitely deserved the MVP, and any other player being named it instead of him would be purely wrong and stupid. In that way you can justify him being unanimous.
PivotShorts so you're saying he is better the Jordan, bird, wilt,Lebron, and etc they are all better then him he deserved MVP but not unaimous
Milk Dud No, where in my comment did I say anything remotely close to that?
PivotShorts He said that, he deserved MVP, but he doesn't think he deserved Unanimous MVP
stupid argument BTW i agree with the candy
Yes, he deserved to be MVP, but he did not deserve to be unanimous
Will someone plz tell Dom the only reason Jordan 3-point statistics went up in 1996 is because they move the line forward.. during that time the 3pt line was shorter than it was for college players.. & once they moved it back his percentage dipped again immediately
Had a rough day .. thanks for the upload !
LeBron should be MVP every year, carrying a team that wouldn't make the playoffs without him lol
white boy youre telling me the cavs wouldnt even make the 8th seed? id even project them higher, they got kyrie and love. 100% playoff team in the east
canyounot in the east yes but in the west there is no way theyre making to playoffs
canyounot 4-18 when LeBron sits after his return
white boy With the talent Cavs have they still can't function without LeBron for some reason
canyounot from espn stats and information - "Since LeBron James returned to the Cavaliers, they're 129-43 (.750 win pct) when he plays and 4-18 (.182) when he doesn't."
Now please stfu
I like your channel but the MVP voting is really a matter of opinion, people don't like LeBron as much as they love Steph (not anymore I know) and it's a fact.
Isaac Wu bullshit. the nba and any sports related media dickrides lebron to the fullest.
IWreckLobbies right now yes
Ur videos are always phenomenal
U are considered my favorite NBA TH-cam behind
Mike korzemba
Nick smith
SDC
BSOLZ
etc
(If you don't know who those people are you should check them out
Yafet Smith I love sdc no hay stuff
Yafet Smith lol that funky rap was not that good
Mike Korezemba is trash
my man @Dom2k sounds like he just inhaled a shit ton of Helium
Ha faxx
Those Larry clips where he was passing on the fast break was so beautiful and fundamental lol
Oh and the record curry set of 13 three pointers in one game was against the pelicans debatably the worst team in the league at the time
Kobe got robbed in 2005
You mean 2006.
Anthony Cobb 7th seed
Mfs hate on Curry so much lol.
true
for no reason too, lmfao what did curry do, honestly..
Cookiez YumYumz he doesn't deserve hate but it's the hype around the records they broke and the bitchass annoying fans
Great video, one nitpick I think it was sometime in mid 90s the three point line was moved closer which is largely responsible for Jordan's improved 3 point shooting
pause at 12:04 and cry that you never got to see lebron in the slam dunk competition lol
ethan bacay He's a power dunker, so he's great in games but even admitted he doesn't have the creativity for the dunk contest
lebron's dunsk really come to life when they are contested. you don't expect the razzle dazzle, you expect the lightning and thunder.
Rok Podlogar yup. And you can't replicate that in a dunk contest
Curry is the GOAT BEST MVP Ever and Should be the only Unanimous MVP Ever, Nuff said
The Cleveland Indians blew a 3-1 lead to a team that hadn't won in the finals for over 100 years.
Cleveland bandwagon response: "This is basketball, who cares about baseball?"
Answer: absolutely no one (www.thestar.com/content/dam/thestar/sports/basketball/2016/12/01/lebron-will-wear-cubs-uniform-before-tilt-with-the-bulls/lebron-mlb.jpg.size.custom.crop.1086x761.jpg)
Yashua AhLawd just because he dont care about baseball, he a bandwagon??
ItzDaRealDeal no, lebron cares about baseball
Yashua AhLawd im talking about cavs fans
ItzDaRealDeal well I never said they're bandwagon fans because they don't care about baseball
Yashua AhLawd but the Warriors blew the first 3-1 lead EVER which Is y it's more embarrassing plus the cavs were warriors were expected to win
I love your videos keep it up
