I never thought I needed Jangmin eating MEAT in my life!! Anyways, back to this... in Mexico, we have "manitas" and "cueritos" (little hands and little hide/skin) that are pickled! Quite good with lime and some hot sauce 😊👍🏻🐷🐽

Actually, we call it feet but they're usually over the ankle. So can be said the pig's leg or calf.
But there are some stores in the traditional market sell only the feet which looks like Manita.
Those feet will be cooked in the same way, just meats are rarely on the bone and can see the hoof of the pig.

I enjoy how his brother just accepts the korean culture and doesnt even judge it. Like getting fed by another man isnt normal and some Americans find it strange but in korean it's a norm. Over top of that he loves korean food my man good job. It was a smart idea to add another person who is foreign and never had authentic Asian food and watching him enjoy the crapnout of it does make people feel at ease

Let Andrew know that there's multiple places that serve/sell 족발 in the Duluth area when he comes back home. 옆집 right next to 철기시대 has pretty good 족발/매운족발 but since your brother can't tolerate the heat, he can get the original. Also a place called 족과의 동침 is another place that's pretty close by in Duluth that sells 족발/specializes in it... Just FYI. Let him know and keep up the good content.

K, get yourself a Filipino friend, and tell them to get you some crispy pata. Same thing, but deep-fried like a lechon. Nothing remotely like a "pig foot" at first glance. Just tender meaty, greasy, crunchy goodness. Especially with the soy-garlic-chili dipping sauce.

Omg jokbal is like my favorite thing ever. I ordered it all the time from this one restaurant that did bbq jokbal and spicy jokbal and they were bomb af. But their regular jokbal was amazing too. I used to order it like once a month. It's the food i miss the most from korea. Jokbal and gamja tang. And soondae. Actually i miss most of the food LMAO
