This is not extreme minimalism. Regular minimalism, yes. But there is SO much extra stuff here especially for van living. Extreme is more like - I only own 50 things, I only have essential things plus a few favorite items that bring me joy.
Only you can decide what minimalist and what extreame minimalist look like I say I'm between minimalist and extreme minimalism family... that's what I class myself as others may say nah your extreame minimalist some people would say I'm barly a minimalist ..... all depends on personal opinion

Maybe not, but she has less stuff than any other van lifer I've seen, and I watch a lot of van life vids.
