Retro Revive #2 - $75 Neo Geo Arcade Budget Build

Found this Neo Geo conversion cabinet for only $75! It was stripped out with nothing in it so I did a budget build and got everything together for under $300. It was quite a journey to get to the point it's at now, from shipping errors, bad boards, and even ending up in the hospital for several days it was like it was haunted lol. There are more things I do want to do to it, but unfortunately, with all the delays and then getting sick I don't have the time to keep going on the project, but will definitely revisit it and continue improving things.

Whoever had it before left the locks unlocked and just put a screw in to hold it in place. I actually had started drilling out the lock when I noticed it lol
