My dad grew up with these in the 60s, so he introduced me to both the original and 90s Thing Maker. Luckily, he was experienced and always supervised me as we made them together, so I never got burned! It was pretty wild, taking the hot mold out and dipping it in cool water, making it fizz like you're blacksmithing.
i loved creepy crawlers. your great intro alone gave me info i didnt know. thanks for the content. respectfully ,i turn off when its on you because it sucks watching you just read from a screen. you should have your script front facing you if ur gonna read. imagine a whole news segment if they did that?
@@SikDigitz thanks! I hear what you’re saying haha. I don’t like it either it looks like I have dead eyes when I’m reading from that angle lol. I need to work on rearranging my setup so I can have a better presentation. Also, still finding my footing with these videos 😉
I made these with my kids in my old creepy crawler oven a few years back.
They loved em!
@@Upperdecker196 that’s awesome! I set it up for my niece and nephew this year and they had a blast doing it
I used to make thousands of these. Even sold them at school.
@@bairnonessie lol that’s so rad that you’d sell them at school!
Great video. I'd watch other retrospectives on different series.
