I go jigging for lake trout IRL. Biggest one i got was 25lb 38" long. This game really replicates the pull those guys give. Great fighters
My pb is 42" over 30lb didn't have big enough scale.

Also, I hope they add trolling motors. It's a pain just to go another 30 yards down the bank.
The old rapala games had fish finders too so you could get idea of depth and fish before picking a spot

I caught my first diamond lake trout yesterday, it was 50.84 lbs. I caught it on 33lbs braid and a size 1 jig and worm
I just got my second diamond! I went to the second location with a 1/0 spoon with constant retrieve, got it on like the 5th or 6th cast

Thank you! I’m only level 27 but managed to snag a gold lake trout 28lbs and almost 4 feet long on first cast! Biggest fish I’ve ever caught! Subbed!
Scratch that lol, after that first fish I’ve casted over 100 times and haven’t gotten a single bite, the first spot seems dead. Literally no fish at all.
@SanctumGamingNetwork best thing to do is drop a hook size, golds and diamonds won't always be there.

Ngl, while jigging for them it’s pretty easy to fall asleep, but a fight with a huge one is a lot of fun. My first dime laker was 50.48lb!
Ffs 1st cast you’re a legend lol reminds me of my magazine cover day of fishing what a day that was lol 41 3/4” red drum 18” girth around the gills caught it as the newspaper people walked up looking for a story which lead to my 1st & only magazine cover! My State issued an award for the catch as well

I just got my second diamond lake trout last night on the shad. It weighed 49.65 lbs. you should also hold the jig button while it sinking.
Great tip on holding the jig button while sinking. I was wondering about that. I've often got a bite, just lowering a lure down. Tight lines friend ✌️
5 days ago was catching them left and right but only gold my biggest gold being 34.28lbs I've used the 1/0 .05 worm and 2/0 .19 worm now all of a sudden I don't run across any all I see swimming around here the little red salmons I'm a level 69 LOL and I see all my friends catching them I haven't caught the legendary fish this week I don't know if that has anything to do with it
I also have the same setup, tho i come back after a year of not playing just to be fucked with a pop up saying they reduced my level

That’s a great spot I’m up to 4 diamonds from it 47lb is my big one. There’s tons of golds in that entire system.

@@cjothehunter you will bud. It took me at least 8 hours in that hole before it happened. Was on a 1/0 .05 worm jig set up nothing was biting on 2/0 switched and boom!

I used to catch diamonds here pretty often. Been trying to catch one for the past week with no luck. Does anyone know if something has changed here?

Love that Diamond Lake Trout spot. I've hit it a few times. Got a Diamond and a few golds out of there. It's a great spot to learn how to jig.

That first location for me is dead, I have tried multiple times and can't even get a bite, even if I put a float and minow on! That entire stretch of water I have never had a bite!
Don't know how! It's one of if not the best place for huge lake trout. Maybe you were doing something wrong.
Take a look at the handbook lol yeah it does nothing there’s fish in the game that bite lures/baits that ain’t even listed
