It was at 2:20 and the whole 8th grade was at gym (I’m in that grade) and I’m not joking almost EVERYONES PHONES WENT OFF including the computer that played music

Virginia, but used to live in Indiana as well. I've heard that it came on a bit later in some places.

Just FYI, it is technically a violation of federal law to broadcast, rebroadcast, or make available for broadcast the electronic EBS tones.
In other words, you could get fined by the FCC for this video― twice, since the tone repeats.

You can't get fined for using eas tones on youtube, u can only get fined only over like tv stations, radio stations, etc, and not online videos alot of people seem to misunderstand that.

you can't get fined for broadcasting the tones on youtube, but you can for broadcasting it on the air.

@@dynahzm TH-cam is considered a broadcaster under FCC jurisdiction in the United States and is subject to its rules, including the unauthorized use of EAS/WEA tones. Individuals in the US using TH-cam are likewise subject to this jurisdiction.
Whether or not they enforce it is another matter.
