Is it their job to be neutral? I thought this show was for Kiwis, therefore naturally biased towards the ABs. You can watch various rugby shows now on TH-cam and see natural bias for the commentators teams. I like to watch games with neutral commentators, which means I'll seek an English commentary for the final.

Quote from Mr. J.W. Wilson "as expected, the Springboks made hard work of it"
To understand the Springboks' journey in the two months leading up to the Rugby World Cup, one must consider the series of demanding matches they were confronted with. Over this brief period, they had to contend with formidable opponents, including Australia, Argentina (twice), Wales, and New Zealand (twice). Their travel itinerary was equally demanding, involving trips to New Zealand, returning home, traveling to Argentina, coming back home, then Wales, England, Corsica, and finally France. All of this occurred in the span of just two months.
The Springboks have faced formidable teams in this RWC, such as Scotland, Ireland, Tonga, France, and England. It's worth mentioning that with a reliable kicker, South Africa could have outperformed Ireland with considerably less effort than the All Blacks. If any team had the potential to defeat the host nation, it was South Africa. The French won all statistical categories within this match, they had the advantage of home support and for 10 minutes of the game played with an extra man . . . It's important to note that there was a concerning incident of a death threat aimed at South Africa's scrum-half before the game.
Following these challenges, the Springboks went on to play against England, facing weather conditions seemingly tailored for the English. Despite these odds, they managed to secure a victory and not concede a try . . after the game, the English raised allegations of racism against the Springbok team's sole hooker.
Accusing a black South African of racism, particularly when coming from a white Englishman, is a serious matter, and the consequences of false claims could be severe.
So, with that being said, Mr. Wilson . . have the Springboks really made hard work of it, or is it the outsiders that have made it hard work for the Springboks ?

It’s very seldom a team beats the All Blacks two in a row.
People also forget that the Twickenham loss was without 4 of your first choice players and red cards.
Your loss against France was with losing your Captain just before kick off.
      Fatigue is a massive issue.
That alone puts the Boks as underdogs, never mind missing the best Hooker in world rugby and their first choice winger.

Cards are apart of the game, they lacked discipline on the day and got punished for it. Whos to say that wont happen again ? And if anyone can deal with fatigue its the boks and if the first pack can't the bombsquad sure will. I personally wouldn't say there's an underdog on the day, both teams have a similar chance of coming out on top in my mind depends on who can handle the pressure. However calling the boks the underdogs is wild to me.

JK and JW I have been waiting for you guys to sit, eating your croissants and talking about how the mighty Springboks beat the AB's. I can just see the saltiness from the two of you. Referee this, boring that, where's rugby going, world rugby's fault, TMO. Where are your'll?? its been 2 days and you guys are still hiding.
On a serious note the AB's have been incredible, especially after going down to 14 men. We did have two yellow cars - things were equal for 20min. Big respect to AB's. JW especially please eat some humble pie. His prediction about winning by 12. It's a World Cup Final. You are playing against the Springboks. 12 points lol JW got bit carried away with the Argentina game.
That first half the AB's were lucky that with the Springboks dominance they did not score a try or two. Physically we were much better. Lost our way after the red card. Should have scored a try at the start of the second. We played a whole match without a proper hooker.
History books will remember the winners. I am extremely proud of the Springboks, their management and the way they fought throughout this WC. Show a tad bit more respect. Let's try and meet in the Cricket World Cup and compete again.

Well one thing is Rassie made a mistake by not changing up the team after that massive match against France. It's not just physical fatigue it's mental pressure, it's emotionally draining to do what they have done in this comp. NZ look fresher and much more precise now than at the beginning of the comp where we looked better. Small margins at the top
