Hey Matt - Could you do a video similar to where you talk through all your touches, but instead show your defending?
My pre-game ritual is a little different - I usually pull an 8-hour shift at work to get my body and mind fatigued just enough to make it fair for the opposition. I’m a nice guy like that.
