I just realized its been over 9 years since I started watching FliteTest. Time sure flies, I still remember the first FT flyer I built a little over a month after its release.
The "chuck in the dumpster" made me laugh real hard! And I'm really enjoying Dave's genuine laugh!
But why are the only guys who are wearing a paintballmask, those with the guns?
One of the greatest things you have accomplished with this channel is, despite the stress, anxiety and very hard work that goes into TH-cam fame, you keep getting younger and younger. ;)
Is there some system that you could add to your builds that can monitor/show stats like altitude, speed and G-forces. That would be quite interesting.

Hey, How about adding cameras and paintball guns to two huge airplanes, and play air to air combat. That would be like playing war thunder in real life.

Just as another idea since you guys have the whole shooting at planes idea rolling really good now: remember those little poppers you throw at the ground? Put them in a double walled fuselage or wings so that they can get impacted by the paintballs and pop! I'd be interesting to see the carnage!

Dave's added "keel things" are basically LERX (Leading Edge Root eXtensions) like the FA-18 and AV8B have.

Idea: Make a junkyard for any retired/wrecked planes. then you can take off some peices and use them for new planes so none goes to waste! Kinda like a pick your own parts section for planes!

The original intro song so great. One of my favorites episode was when they're flying around the lake and flying through the trees. Back when just flying drones flat and straight was awesome.

B-17 or whatever - doing flybys while the guys shoot at it with airsoft/paintball guns. To see just how far can you get it until the planes eventually crash.
I don't no what you have plan when you hit 2 million but I think flite test should an ww2 floating aircraft carrier and build plans to go with it that can take off and land you think you are up for the challenge and make it big try your hardest.
Love when you guys shoot the planes down haha. Should try mounting custom gatlin guns to planes with some FPV goggles. If you made the bbs glow in the dark ones you could charge them with LED lights. Could be a cool night video!
they did a video where they attached a BB gatling gun onto an A10 and then did attack runs at a big cardboard tank using glowing BB’s for tracers, id say that pretty much fits what you’re looking for.

Center of drag and COG are really high. You should upsize wings, motor and add more weight like a keel.

I would love to see yall try and make a barrage balloon and fly some planes in them. I figured using a servo to cut the balloon ( or mybe a drone quick release line ). For proof of concept you could just do a weighted fishing hook at the bottom to dig in and attach to plane.
