They should add one more mod slot, just for the conversion module, like you already have one slot for the orange mod and one for the hook/sub-attack mod.
They keep ignoring the main reason why people dont use HPR weapons: ammo drop rates. We dont care about higher ammo capacity ( in fact its ok that hpr weapons have low capacity magazines since they are 10x stronger than regular bullets, there needs to be a balance) if there is no reliable way of refilling ammo reserve. We wouldnt need ammo conversion bullshit if they dropped more frequently from enemies and boxes in higher numbers, not 1-2 bullets like it does now.
There's another problem as well. I drop into a solo intercept, and I get 15+15 purple ammo. I only need one or two shots, and not even that if I use Hailey's skills. And in long dungeon missions, 30 ammo is not enough, take a scout rifle, the ammo drops frequently
I have never been in favor of limiting ammo and shooters. Unless there is a specific, strategic reason to have limited ammo, the game should just not track ammo usage.
I suggested the same mid December, they did increase the conversion rate as I also suggested in the feedback section in discord. I even suggested that conversion rate could be half if not mounting the weapon. HPA is very close to be in the perfect spot.
I made a ammo conversion gun swapping build. When I change back to my primary weapon I get a defense buff. I've gotten very good at swapping my weapons. I really don't see it as an issue. That said I wouldn't mind not needing to. If they do that it would make the weapon swapping skill modules less used than they already are. Something to think about.
The Season challenge they changed need you to do all four invasions for a day for it to count. This reduces it from 25 days to 10 days of completing every invasion
Yes. I was looking for someone to comment on this. It is four runs each day to count as 1 successful invasion point on the challenge board... which means now the challenge can be completed in 10 days rather than 25.
@@frost177stI had a PS4 last month and experienced those crashes as well. Now that I have a PS5, they're gone. I searched to find out why and it seems it only happens in PS4 Fat and Slim versions. In the PS4 Pro, it runs okay.
Prioritising ammo conversion for the weapon you’re holding and then once you reach max ammo you passively convert the rest of your ammo types. This may have to ignore rounds in current magazine or youd only ever restock the ammo you’re currently shooting.
To be honest it doesn't feel like the devs know how people play their game. Like why does this matter? End game high end builds people aren't really weapon swapping anyway. 99% of the game content you're farming mobs using special abilities with whatever your BiS weapon is equipped, on a lot of popular characters you're not even squeezing the trigger unless you're facing a boss. You can give a high powered weapon as much ammo as you want, unless its ultimate affix makes it the best weapon to use, people just aren't gonna use it.
I think a good fix for passive modules would be to setup your “fellow” where you can add modules designated as passive to them. Long as it’s active the buff is. You have ways to unlock more slots outside of leveling to 30 again bc that process is painful. That opens up more room for better builds using the limited character slots. Also adds more value to fellows and reasons to grind/level them up. Just a thought.
Some of these problems should’ve been ironed out day one. This game was clearly rushed out for unfinished. Did they play test this thing? I can no longer praise the devs for fixing things that shouldn’t be broken
More HPR's is always better IMO because they are really scarce to a point where you are forced to use conversion mods if you want to run with that type of a weapon for a longer period. This is why those type's of weapons are still most useful only on Gley or Enzo who can have infinite ammo economy
It wasn't a change from 25 invasions to 10, it was a change for 25 full 100% daily invasion clears, so it would take 25 days to complete that weekly and now 'only' 10 if you've done all 4 invasions that day.
That is not what they state on their webpage "Lowered the number of Invasion Disruptions required for the Battle Pass's Week 5 Challenge "Face the Invasion" from 25 times → 10 times" and I checked my Battle Pass Week 5 and indeed Face the Invasion has dropped from 25 to 10, so instead of taking a week you can now do it in 2.5 days.
@jerryco2842 yes disrupt invasion, but the quest is only ticked off when all 4 missions are completed, it didn't say complete 25 invasion missions. So befor the change it would take 25 days to complete, and now 10... Should have been worded as 100%invasion disruption rate though... Just check your own progress after 1 and 4 completes 🤷.....
still ike what char will use those kiinda of weapons ? when mobbing i jsut use freyna or bunny and kill them with skills, only if using in boss fights, but i still just solo anything with hailey xD so idk..
Why is ammo the Achillies heel of this game? Makes no sense as this never seems to be the problem in any of the other games I play. Once Human, Division 1, Division 2, Warframe, Ghost Recon, 7 Days to Die, etc., etc., etc.... Like just stop fooking around and make universal ammo pods that give you ammo for each of the weapon type you're carrying. Allow us to start with 300 to 500 rounds to start a mission. At a certain point a game becomes an irritant instead of a "challenge".
@@BasedBrave the only reason adds exist in most boss fights is to give you something to gather ammunition from. I would rather just fight the boss, and not have to worry about annoying little creatures nipping at my heels while I’m doing so.
It's a temporary weapon that disappears after you use it to open the door, as you solve the puzzles in the mission this weapon drops and you pick it up to open the door, and the same thing happens with the last boss of that mission, except this time you'll use the weapon to break his invulnerability shield, so you can start damaging him.
They need to spawn more enemies especially if your playing with a group of 4. To me is just too slow and inconsistent. Would also like a enemies to be slightly challenging.
I think they could open more guns up as viable options if they just took ammo out the game all together. No more drops just unlimited ammo, pick a gun have fun.
I don't understand the 1% part, but I learned that the invasion missions are not available until you get to hard mode. There are two per day in changing locations each time and for me, I have to complete each of them twice (four successful runs total) in order to be credited with completing invasions for the day.
just program the mod too not convert when you max out., i mean, not like you can pick up anymore anyway when you're max ammo. just make it stop converting, only convert if you're not max ammo for that ammo type ez pz, 1 string of coding needs to be changed, and not even a lot of it.
That's always been a variable in 4 player pub colossus. There is a percentage to where the boss can go super aggro and immune right away. I've seen it way too many times. Which is why I always build around 4 player.

Just like in warframe? Well so far what they copy, it just a little worse, until they fix it down the line...
@@ModPhreak oh ya why didn't they copy share reward and trade blueprint first?

it's because of those dumbass conversion modules.

The issue is having to use up a module slot to get the extra drop. And the hpr's ammo rarely drops from enemies as is

They need to fix the crashes that happen when you go into town.😢ps4
ps4?
@John_Doe465 yes

@John_Doe465 I have the pro
Must be cause the ps4 is pretty dated. Doesn't crash on my ps5. I'll have to haul out my ps4 pro and test it
Fighting gluttony I ran out of ammo in all 3 of my weapons 2 high impact and 1 general rounds

Because you have special abilities
It’s only problem because people focus fire to much rather then killing the fodder. That can be a problem in any similar game.
Considering we have a Descendant who gives ammo they aren’t gonna give us nearly infinite ammo unless they rework his ability
@@BasedBrave the only reason adds exist in most boss fights is to give you something to gather ammunition from. I would rather just fight the boss, and not have to worry about annoying little creatures nipping at my heels while I’m doing so.
It’s a balance of using skills and guns. I don’t have an issue with ammo cause I balanced my guns with my skill availability
Good day do you know what happened to the special operation that used to be on Fortress? for some reason it’s not there anymore
What weapon is Bunny using to shoot the doors to open?
It's a temporary weapon that disappears after you use it to open the door, as you solve the puzzles in the mission this weapon drops and you pick it up to open the door, and the same thing happens with the last boss of that mission, except this time you'll use the weapon to break his invulnerability shield, so you can start damaging him.
imho the difference between the weapons is so low, they could just give us infinite ammo....

@Vigors1978 We have been doing the hard mode. But not getting the 1% completion.
Blows my mind how stingy they are with the high power rounds.
We need melee weapons like destiny 2
We also got to claim our pink coins finally.
What is the point of the Electric Tech reactors?
Perhaps the new char will use it. Otherwise its just good quantum crystal material

Why use AI slop in your thumbnail?
First like and comment. Love your videos
Appreciate the support!
Make high-powered rounds..... High powered.
It messed up Colossus fights though. They now directly go in frenzy mode so killing them in 9-10 seconds is no longer possible with Hailey.
I noticed that yesterday on Molten Fortress, so I don't think it's related to today's update
That's always been a variable in 4 player pub colossus. There is a percentage to where the boss can go super aggro and immune right away.
I've seen it way too many times.
Which is why I always build around 4 player.
Big big big
Why is your thumbnail something that's not even in the game?
This game is getting too boring rigth now. Same thing over and over again.
Very. At this point, I log in to make cats, clear invasions, and get the daily rewards. Thats it.
Guns in TFD? I just play Freyna or Hailey.
Hailey is a gun descendant. Surely you mean viessa
❤
I wish they would optimize this game for x3d chips constant crashing
First second as well
I deeply appreciate your videos & honesty

What's with the generic AI woman in the thumbnail? I swear, I am seeing more of them with this game as if the Descendants in game aren't appealing.
