I've never understood cultural appropriation. Someone might like do something for another culture as a way of appreciating it and then they get a lot of hate. It's ridiculous. Oh you can't wear this cause you aren't black you can't wear this because your white. I understand if you don't understand the culture and your claiming someone else's culture but sharing culture isn't wrong and shouldn't be seen as shameful
at the end, its up to the ones actually having the culture to decide i think. some might have no problem w foreigner wearing their traditional getups but there are some that are sacred and stuff and shouldnt be taken lightly, and when the people of said culture said so its only polite to do as they said 😞
