For making curd or fermenting batter in Bangalore I use the oven. Preheat the oven for 5mins and then switch off place the milk with curd mix or frest batter in it. Next day the curd ior fermented batter is ready.

Nice video. I purchased curd making machine after seeing your video. I live in UAE. When I came to India I purchased. But it does not set the curd that well. Also I feel keeping the machine on for 7 to 8 hours to set the curd is waste of electricity. I used it only once and it is lying idle in my cupboard since then
In UAE curd maker is definitely not needed as the weather is warm there. I use it during winter when it is difficult to set the curd.

That's very much true. We often consume it raw only but sometimes its good have a variety.
Amla is one food it's nutrition isn't destroyed even after cooking or while making murabba or any other thing. As it's very sour it doesn't suit everyone some even get severe acidity after consuming raw either in juice form or any other way.
