He knew Cami wouldn't have wanted him to become a monster because of her passing and I believe that she truly changed him. Cami and Hope made Klaus a better man. 😭😭😭
Cami's death was the most emotional and beautiful written in TO universe. Not to mention the acting was top-notch. My girl got a whole episode, with a fantasy world, poetry, surrounded by her friends, comfort from the man she loves and everything like the great character she was i'm just.....the only death they got right. Deeply hurt but still proud! ( yet people think she was irrelevant???)
For me, it was Jackson’s death that hit the hardest because it was so undeserved. Jackson wasn’t a bad character, and he really cared about Hayley and Hope. What happened to him was just wrong.
Klaus doesn't find someone that easily. It's very hard for him to find love, and have someone love him back equally. I can' believe the CW killed off someone who did.

She loved him, with ALL her heart, with his qualities and his faults. She's always treated him as a man and not as a beast or a creature. She inspired him to always question himself, to learn to open his heart to love, forgivness, trust and peace. That scene was so sad, Klaus deserved to have a patner in his life after all this centuries of pain and self-destruction. She will always be his True Love for me. No one will ever replace her and be at her level in his heart.

I hear this a lot. But, just take a moment and think about that. Instead of this ending, we would see something like the ending of vampire diaries where we see every dead person, even vicky. She shows how innocent people get dragged into these situations and are ultimately changed forever because of them. Sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. This scene literally killed me! Some people didn't got the deepness of this scene. In the Pilot Episode when Klaus met Camille and they talked about that painter the song terrible love by the national was played. Now Klaus brought Camille back to this special moment and the creators of the show underlaid this scene with birdy's cover of terrible love. This is one of the reasons why i love the originals

The originals 2013-2016 .... usually when there's a death , the pages don't really get updated like itll say 2013-present .....and on wikia the status goes "unknown" but it's "deceased" now ... so yeah its confirmed , she's dead for good like Finn and Esther !!

If there's one thing we know about both these shows is if you die you're not necessarily dead forever. Cami was the voice of reason on the show. I think the show might crash and burn without her. They can always introduce a new character but it won't be the same. I did see that they plan on killing off another character. Right now they say it might be Kol or Freya. And they could bring Chris back on TVD even if he's on Supergirl. Claire Holt (Rebekah) is a main cast member on a show called Aquarius that is filmed in California but she still comes back to film a few episodes for TO. You can do more than just one show at a time. But since the show is ending he most likely will not be returning for that fact alone and it wouldn't do anything to help with the show at all.
This was done just because the writers couldnt figure out what else to do with the character, first making her a vampire, but that didnt work... so they decided to end her storyline. Its sad, cuz in my opinion the show focuses so much more on other character, they never really put an effort into making Camille a truly epic character

He's grown so much since meeting her. The one thing that will always bug me, though, is how wasted the character of Camille was. There was so much more they could've done with her. :(

They didnt give a good use to the character to begin with... I hate that much of the second season focus on "fake rebbeka".... The writers simply didnt know what else to do or how to save the story arc of Camille and they decide to killed her off... I would say that Cami's arc in the third season was a good one, but they should've used that arc in latter season, they killed her off way too soon, but again, they destroyed the character... on the other hand there's no good excuse for killing Davina, that was just silly

This scene never ceases to make me cry. 😭 No offense to Klaroline shippers out there but I think what Klamille was real. It takes great love to be able to change for someone. That's why Camille and Hope inspired the most change out of him. In Cami we see the lover and the best friend--someone that understood the very darkest parts of Klaus and loved him in spite of it. She even inspired change by recognizing that somewhere down deep inside there was goodness in him. Caroline never loved Klaus for who he really was, Cami did. "I was never naive enough to think that I was your light, but there is light in you."
I agree, Camille loved him completely, because she got to know him on such a deeper level, and also saw what having Hope in his life did to him. Caroline, however, only saw glimpses of his humanity and recognized it, and still cared about him, even when he was trying to kill her friends all week long. How could she have loved him completely when everyday was 'survival day' for the people she knew and cared about? Caroline saw the Cami and Hope 'effect' only in Klaus' last days. It's a cycle. Caroline first saw glimpses of humanity in him on which Camille built to finally reveal it completely, and the effect Cami and Hope had on Klaus made Caroline deeply caring about him in his last days. If Klaus didn't die when he did and he met Caroline a few years later after this, Caroline would have finally and utterly loved him probably even more than Camille did. Remember 'I would have let you chase me for a few centuries'. Caroline was going to hold Klaus to that.

Not a huge fan of Cami but this was definitely sad. And even though I dislike her and ship Klaroline, I believe she was good for him, she accepted the darkest parts of him and truly loved him and let him unlike Caroline.

I read an interview where leah pipes is basically stating that the writers had nothing more for her character. She said michael narducci promised her a great death, as its better to be killed off with a death to remember than to stay and your character have nothing to do. She was one of the best on the show and actually meaningful in klaus's life, unlike caroline who basically klaus just fancied. It was completely one sided! She did nothing for him whereas Cami and klaus had a proper connection and their relationship meant something! I was a claroline shipper till cami and klaus happened. Its such a shame that the originals writers (who IMO are some of the best writers for tv right now) couldnt give her character what it deserved. A lasting and better story line! They could have done so much for her.
No Caroline and klaus both had feelings for each other. Caroline just couldn't choose on what to do...love klaus or walk away. She realized how much he loved her but she knew if she was to be with him all of the deaths he caused to her family and friends...just outweighed it

The first time I watched this scene in the show ( and trust me I've watched this scene quite a few times) I cried, more like hyperventilated so hard and intensely, that I actually had to sit up from my bed and physically calm my breathing. By far, this is the most emotional and heartfelt sad scene that I've ever watched in a show, nothing has yet beat it. The bond that klaus and cami shared , there's nothing quite like it, he'll never find someone so unique that fits him perfectly ever again.

Samsung GALAXY S6 He kills without remorse, is super arrogant, and lets say he is right about being arrogant, when he's proven wrong he kills or hurts that person. Don't even get me started with his family they kill and kill and don't expect retribution and when it comes they always help him, but he always hurts them because he was abused by their father. He also Killed Mikeal, and stopped Kol from coming back, he also daggered all of his siblings three times over and locked Finn in a box for 900 years. The list goes on but I just hate him. I mean there are these few moments in which I like and respect his character but all in all I hate him.
Rose's death was painful too! It was well scripted and acted too! Damon gave her some good moments before she passed away...he gave her a soothing death....
This reminds me of the Rose scene in Vampire Diaries when Damon tried to ease her death but a thousand times more emotional because of all the feelings there between Klaus and Camille. Camille ended her time on the show beautifully because that's what this scene was.

No one will ever replace her and be at her level in his heart.

In the Pilot Episode when Klaus met Camille and they talked about that painter the song terrible love by the national was played. Now Klaus brought Camille back to this special moment and the creators of the show underlaid this scene with birdy's cover of terrible love. This is one of the reasons why i love the originals

If there's one thing we know about both these shows is if you die you're not necessarily dead forever. Cami was the voice of reason on the show. I think the show might crash and burn without her. They can always introduce a new character but it won't be the same. I did see that they plan on killing off another character. Right now they say it might be Kol or Freya.
And they could bring Chris back on TVD even if he's on Supergirl. Claire Holt (Rebekah) is a main cast member on a show called Aquarius that is filmed in California but she still comes back to film a few episodes for TO. You can do more than just one show at a time. But since the show is ending he most likely will not be returning for that fact alone and it wouldn't do anything to help with the show at all.

This was done just because the writers couldnt figure out what else to do with the character, first making her a vampire, but that didnt work... so they decided to end her storyline. Biggest mistake the writers made on this show
They didnt give a good use to the character to begin with... I hate that much of the second season focus on "fake rebbeka".... The writers simply didnt know what else to do or how to save the story arc of Camille and they decide to killed her off... I would say that Cami's arc in the third season was a good one, but they should've used that arc in latter season, they killed her off way too soon, but again, they destroyed the character... on the other hand there's no good excuse for killing Davina, that was just silly

My fiance thought I was crazy when I was watching this scene. My face was soaked with tears. Leah Pipes did a wonderful job with this scene.
This scene never ceases to make me cry. 😭 No offense to Klaroline shippers out there but I think what Klamille was real. It takes great love to be able to change for someone. That's why Camille and Hope inspired the most change out of him. In Cami we see the lover and the best friend--someone that understood the very darkest parts of Klaus and loved him in spite of it. She even inspired change by recognizing that somewhere down deep inside there was goodness in him. Caroline never loved Klaus for who he really was, Cami did.

I agree, Camille loved him completely, because she got to know him on such a deeper level, and also saw what having Hope in his life did to him. Caroline, however, only saw glimpses of his humanity and recognized it, and still cared about him, even when he was trying to kill her friends all week long. How could she have loved him completely when everyday was 'survival day' for the people she knew and cared about? Caroline saw the Cami and Hope 'effect' only in Klaus' last days. It's a cycle. Caroline first saw glimpses of humanity in him on which Camille built to finally reveal it completely, and the effect Cami and Hope had on Klaus made Caroline deeply caring about him in his last days. If Klaus didn't die when he did and he met Caroline a few years later after this, Caroline would have finally and utterly loved him probably even more than Camille did. Remember 'I would have let you chase me for a few centuries'. Caroline was going to hold Klaus to that.

At least Cami got some of the best good- byes ever, but it still sucks, that she died. She cared about Klaus until the end. Cant understand people, who wanted her dead and consequently Klaus unhappy . She was just one of the best and strongest female characters in TO. I guess it is quite obvious how much Klaus loved her. Cami really understood him and cared about him. He wont find that so soon/ ever again. But all of this sure explains, why Klaus is gone 3 years later.
They fucked up the moment they made her a vampire she was perfectly fine and she was the human element to the show this season she just bitched and acted like she was a badass when she couldnt do anything to back that up
+Jose Gallardo I liked her as a Vampire, too, but Cami became her old human self at the end again. It even seemed as she would forgave Aurora, since she said, that Aurora is the kind of person she usually wants to help. That line perfectly showed what strong Person she really is.

Most underrated character EVER!!! I aspire to be like her ): this scene made me sob sooo hard and i didn't recover until after a week after it.. CAMI is just so precious and real and amazing and I love her so much she deserved the best and she made Niklaus so happy and his intentions for her were so pure, they loved each other so much and it was easily seen on the show 😭it's nearly impossible to watch without her ): I loved you CAMI, Rest In Peace 😭💕

I read an interview where leah pipes is basically stating that the writers had nothing more for her character. She said michael narducci promised her a great death, as its better to be killed off with a death to remember than to stay and your character have nothing to do. She was one of the best on the show and actually meaningful in klaus's life, unlike caroline who basically klaus just fancied. It was completely one sided! She did nothing for him whereas Cami and klaus had a proper connection and their relationship meant something! I was a claroline shipper till cami and klaus happened. Its such a shame that the originals writers (who IMO are some of the best writers for tv right now) couldnt give her character what it deserved. A lasting and better story line! They could have done so much for her.
No Caroline and klaus both had feelings for each other. Caroline just couldn't choose on what to do...love klaus or walk away. She realized how much he loved her but she knew if she was to be with him all of the deaths he caused to her family and friends...just outweighed it

The first time I watched this scene in the show ( and trust me I've watched this scene quite a few times) I cried, more like hyperventilated so hard and intensely, that I actually had to sit up from my bed and physically calm my breathing.
By far, this is the most emotional and heartfelt sad scene that I've ever watched in a show, nothing has yet beat it.

Samsung GALAXY S6 He kills without remorse, is super arrogant, and lets say he is right about being arrogant, when he's proven wrong he kills or hurts that person. Don't even get me started with his family they kill and kill and don't expect retribution and when it comes they always help him, but he always hurts them because he was abused by their father. He also Killed Mikeal, and stopped Kol from coming back, he also daggered all of his siblings three times over and locked Finn in a box for 900 years. The list goes on but I just hate him. I mean there are these few moments in which I like and respect his character but all in all I hate him.
Cami really did use her last moments to tell him he has his own light, and to be that light for Hope…Hayley was 💯 on what Cami did for Hope and Klaus

This reminds me of the Rose scene in Vampire Diaries when Damon tried to ease her death but a thousand times more emotional because of all the feelings there between Klaus and Camille. Camille ended her time on the show beautifully because that's what this scene was.
