That actually sounds very good I’ve never liked straights my truck don’t have cats which is why my glasspacks sound so good if it had cats I would do this setup
Do glasspacks actually quiet it down, I have highflow cats and one straight at the moment I’m wanting to put true duals in but ik straights will be way to loud do u think glasspacks are the way to quiet it down a little but not a ton?
Baby Blue, I have the same on mine. I have a 94 GMC Suburban with no cats that I run into a glasspack. I love the sound 👍
Julian Scott oh yeah do like a 18inch glasspack man mines a 18 it’s pretty loud but not abnoxious
Oh man, you can't say "I hate the sound of a true dual exhaust 5.3, with 6 inch tips." That is how they are supposed to sound.
My 2000 Silverado with a 5.3 didn't sound that good when I had true duals with cats only. Sounds very nice
Tips
He will be back for 8" tips after lunch, time to hit the ATM & McD's!
I love when they pull off 😂😂😂
I LOVE 6 inch tips. Especially if they're 20 inch long.
That’s what she said
caught lackin
6' tips hell yeah, same setup on my 2000 suburban but no cats, ima tell you, glad there's no noise ordinance where I'm from but I still get asked about what I was running for an exhaust on that thing and it's been a min since I had that thing
Deceble meter fancy aren't we lol 🤙🤙🤙👍👍👍
My girlfriend liked my true dual, especially the six inch tip
Did he have a straight Y pipe before the true duals? Curious what setup he was running before. The true duals never disappoint.
brutal sound!! 🔥
Lmao the tips before looked so much better

Sounds great!
I'm going to do the Ypipe on my '00 Yukon sounds nice straight pipe is great too.
My left pipe broke but it's still there should I still drive
What’s an estimate cost for this type of job ?
Probably $400 give or take.
Less than 200. Or thats what I paid for my 2002 GMC Sierra 6.0 true dual catback straights. Tips and labor was around 190. Depends on area you live.
At my local muffler shop here in Northern AZ, they deleted my cats, deleted my enormous factory muffler which had two 3'' inlets and only one 3'' outlet, and then installed a Holley Flowmonster straight-through muffler with two 3'' inlets and two 3'' outlets, and turn-down tailpipes...all for around $275. By the way, it's a 2000 GMC one-ton dually with a 7.4 Vortec.
Nice!!!!!!!!! I got my exhaust done in my 3.5 Chrysler 300, they ran a pipe to make it duals but I want more sound!!!! Wat can I do
Buy a 300C with the hemi lmao
TH-cam it, there's a lot of content out there
Straight pipes don’t sound good to me. Sounds cheap
This is the only way

113. Probably even 120
