Good video. Get something, even it it is a small power bank, is message people need to hear! (If they add in some USB camp lights, they can make the units run longer as you won't have to power the inverter)
Small generator to charge them .I bought small power smart 1000 it runs fridge ac 1 at a time note keep extra oil small motor goes through oil need to add some every 3 tanks
Refrigerators usually have a defrost cycle usually around 16 hours. I wonder if yours went through a defrost cycle. This give you some options like you said if you live in an apartment turn on your fridge for two hours turn it off for an hour and repeat. Get you through a small outage, but that’s better than nothing.
The AC 180 can be used as a UPS. Why don't you just keep it plugged in? That's what I do. If the power goes out in the middle of the night, the fridge, TV and computer are already plugged in. Best part is the computer never knows the power went out.
GREAT VIDS..... We appreciate you!! I need your help.... what size Battery unit to run two CPAP machines 8+ hours? Here's what I have..... The ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto BiPAP machine has a typical power consumption of 53 watts and a peak power consumption of 104 watts. It comes with a 90 watt power supply unit.
@@Outdoor_Prepper What are your thoughts for their WHOLE HOUSE products? I watched your outdoor generator vids but may need something simpler and easier
@@golf18mike I don’t dislike whole house battery systems but I think they’re a little expensive for what you get and don’t think the actual runtime will be all that spectacular. I think battery backups are fine if coupled with an inverter generator to charge them up when they are low and run off generator while they are charging. I’ve never owned a large whole house battery though so I could be mistaken

It can be re-charged from a car also! My Jackery came with car charging plug.
Thanks for watching! Absolutely- it can be recharged from a car however you have to buy the cable separately to do that

That’s a good idea and I will definitely implement that. Thanks for watching!

@@golf18mike thanks for watching! I think the AC180 should be more than fine for that 👍
