It depends if you have any detail on your greenscreen. If it is completely smooth, then it's going to be difficult to track. If there is some type of texture, then you can probably track it.

If you have the Mocha Pro plugin, you can use the Insert module to drive the callout. If you don't have that, then you can use the version of Mocha that comes bundled for free in After Effects to get the same result. At 11:51 , you can drag png directly above the first track, and it will automatically create a new track. Just a tip.
