It depends if you have any detail on your greenscreen. If it is completely smooth, then it's going to be difficult to track. If there is some type of texture, then you can probably track it.

If you have the Mocha Pro plugin, you can use the Insert module to drive the callout. If you don't have that, then you can use the version of Mocha that comes bundled for free in After Effects to get the same result. Take a look at Exercise 5 of Mocha Essentials to see how to use the tracking data in AE : borisfx.com/free-training/mocha-essentials/

At 11:51 , you can drag png directly above the first track, and it will automatically create a new track. Just a tip.

How is your audio recorded? Like your mic sounds like it is muffled... or muddy. Great content and voice and instruction otherwise.
Thanks for the feedback. On my system, I don't think Elizabeth's mic sounds bad at all. We'll keep an eye out for this in the future though.
