Needle or Cannula: What Method Do I Prefer For Tear Trough?

If it was used canula near the fat and stay puffy did it stay like that forever? It's irreversible? The filler damadge or puch the fat forever?

Yes” it stays puffy forever unless you get a treatment of a Vascular massage and you must’ve been allergic to the filler as well which causes the vascular puffs . my friend got them you need to go to a doctor Who is experienced and knows filler for your Allergic reaction.
