Season 10 winner, Alisan Porter is an incredibly talented singer and actress. She is a beautiful woman too. I'd have to say that she and Christina were the perfect vocal coaching match up on The Voice. My all time favorite winner to this day in 2024.
Never watch The Voice but my wife never misses it. When I walked by her TV the night Alison sang Blue Bayou I told her that's your winner. It was perfect.

Alison is unique with an incredible voice. I still listen to her performances on the Voice all these years later. I love her and can't understand why she hasn't been signed to a lucrative record deal.

Curly Sue was one of my favorite movies when I was a kid. I'm so surprised, her voice is magical. I'm NOT surprised she has so much talent!

Wow, now that is a stellar, powerhouse voice!! I couldn’t hear anything remotely close to an error in any of the songs : perfect pitch, beautiful tone, enormous range, great stage presence etc. She sings with such power, but can be subtle when needed & her passion is off the chain. She was & is the full package. She absolutely earned & deserved to win. I am a fan!
Alisan Porter has the voice of a diva but everything else is wonderfully down to earth. One of the best voices ever on the Voice. As one of the judges said she's a Unicorn.
Not to take away from Alisan, but seeing her grandmother, Miss Charlotte, my first dance teacher, from Worcester, MA was a treat. Its where her enormous talent came from I'm sure. Lets hear more Alisan!

I'm old enough to remember little Alisan Porter on Star Search! Loved her then. I don't really keep up with The Voice anymore, but how fun to see here here... I know this is 5 years old, but it makes me want to check out the show again.
She has an astonishing voice. Once my sister made me realize who she was. I knew she'd win from the beginning from the first time I heard her sing. She had excellent control of her vibrato, dynamics, and pitch tones when she sang each song.
I think she is the best pure singer ever featured on the Voice. Excellent video too. But let's face it, Alison makes it. I just love listening to her.

Great job with the video M Bueller !! Every now and then someone comes along that raises the bar beyond the last peg, someone so full of talent they could leave their footprints in stone for the rest to follow. Alisan has it all and then some, and her journey while long, was well worth the wait.

I do believe that "Blue Bayou & the Heart rendition song," showed Allison's vocal range and pure soul of heart. Will always remember seeing her first performance on the "VOICE." So, so much heart in that song with vocal range so precise. Need more need be said?
