Though he's no longer the DNC Nominee, President Biden's speech to the UN marked an incredible commitment to the people of Ukraine.

The harrier was part of a joint Nato program for joint purchasing. Though designed by Hawker of Britain it was funded jointly by the US UK and West Germany. Ultimately all harriers were produced in Britain, west germany decided it wanted an air defence fighter over a CAS aircraft and purchased the Phantom, though they did recieve 2 experimentals

Technically Harrier's number is A-V8A or B or C, but many of Brit's planes don't get a numerical designation. A-V8 is the US's ID for it.
Also, aircraft combat doesn't rely on fancy maneuvering as much anymore. Missiles and radar/infrared tracking are so good that typically who sees first gets a massive advantage. High G turns mostly comes up in dodging missiles, not directly twirling around another plane.

Romania decided to buy F-32s, M1 Abrams also a bunc of ships for the navy. No real reason, it may have something to do with what is happening with our neighbours, it may not.
Also the Harrier Jump Jet was a joint project between the US and the UK.

Unfortunately much of what is being said there about military spending isn’t true.
Just because you are spending a lot of money on the military doesn’t mean that spending is efficient or effective. The US is a good example of this, it spends a lot of money on equipment it does not need.

At the end while getting the medal, Stoltenberg whispered "Nancy sends her regards" in Biden’s ear, and he immediately that when he returned to the Oval he would find a freshly signed withdrawal letter on his desk.

Depends on where in europe you are as a example france and the UK will never have to worry about russia because of their nuclear arsenal. MAD is a hell of a lot more effective as a deterrence factor then any size of a conventional force. The ability to kill billions with a nuclear winter is enough of a threat not to invade such a nation.
The eastern europeans are not that very bright from my perspective compared to france who wants a EU army armed with 500+ nuclear warheads. It cost a hell of a lot less and offers much better deterrence. If the EU only spends 0.1% of gdp on their nuclear arsenal that would give it the ability to have an arsenal of 3500 nuclear warheads. I doubt any nation would be insane enough to invade such a nation. Even with the current arsenal of 550 nuclear warheads its more then enough to end any nation on earth.
People seems to be to comfortable with full scale nuclear war. You can have the worlds largest conventional mllitary and it still does not matter in a full scale nuclear war. Everything dies in such a senario. At-least during the cuban missile crisis people where smart enough to understand that nuclear war is bad and war in general is bad. Then after the ww2 generation died we got these clowns in charge who thinks nuclear wars can be won.
