Broody Hen ABANDONS Her EGGS (Were They Ready to HATCH?!)

Our broody hen abandon her eggs! She was probably sitting on this group on eggs for 2 weeks and was getting closer to hatching them out. We candled the eggs to see if any were fertilized so we could seesaw close they were to hatch.

Luv following along on your family's journey. I learned from the You Tube page, A few minutes on the homestead that they increase their protein feed to 28 percent during the molting season, for two months.

Help help I have 10 eggs that were still in nest 2 chickens hatched chick fell out of nest mama went after her and is on the floor! Can I put the eggs that have not been set on back under her?? Or are they done either????
