I cannot get handle, bracket and spring to line up with the pole and brackets. Thought it was the spring extended to far out but it's not after getting new spring. Video says to loosen handle bolt or take out to line up the spring bolt. One i do that i cannot get the handle bolt back in. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
