I doubt that this song is mocking good people that are christian though. This song doesn't sound blasphemous or unholy at all. Seems like she's just calling people out who use religion as an excuse to be assholes behind closed doors. The end visual was a little iffy, but the overall message isn't that bad, to my understanding at least.
I kind of got this same feeling. 'never forget the excess of a man because the grabbing hands always grab what they can' I think it does go as far as to question Christianity, I get the idea the end scene is implying it seems to be pioneered by people who end up being caught using it to serve their own ends in the long run and aren't true to the faith they're supposed to be representing. Their faith behind closed doors is completely separate to the faith they show the public. But I've also read that a lot of her recent music is various digs at Titanic Sinclair. So I guess it's just something to make your own mind up on. I really don't think it is as basic as that though
