She says “you can’t read my brain until it’s off, not coming off” so basically the person with social anxiety is trying to show others a completely different person and the music is basically the chaos that’s going on inside the persons head while being around people. It makes sense at least for me and because I have social anxiety, it’s pretty much the exact representation. She also says something along the lines of “don’t look at me” which I think means if anyone looks at someone in this case the person has social anxiety, they feel extremely anxious because they think the person that they might not even know is judging them. Idk it could honestly mean a lot of things but for me personally I think it makes sense as being a song about social anxiety

I think this song is about social anxiety? She says “you can’t read my brain until it’s off, not coming off” so basically the person with social anxiety is trying to show others a completely different person and the music is basically the chaos that’s going on inside the persons head while being around people. It makes sense at least for me and because I have social anxiety, it’s pretty much the exact representation. She also says something along the lines of “don’t look at me” which I think means if anyone looks at someone in this case the person has social anxiety, they feel extremely anxious because they think the person that they might not even know is judging them. Idk it could honestly mean a lot of things but for me personally I think it makes sense as being a song about social anxiety
