Why on earth would he not give him the rematch?? Why do you think the crowd booed at the end of the fight ? He couldn't beat Vitali Klitschko who just stood there like a tough test.
Someone with a bit of brains like Muhammad ali, Tyson fury atleast would've used a bit of foot work head movement to avoid punches. Klitschko can be excused that it was his style, but Lewis was supposedly the boxer of the two he just stood there and took bombs. Vitali was much better than people gave him credit for he never legitimately lost a fight. Always through unforeseen circumstances.

Lewis wasn't exhausted, anyone who knows Lennox knows he can breeze through twelve rounds with ease. His style could be a bit deceiving at times, he had a habit of dropping his guard a lot on the break, making him look tired when he wasn't. He was once asked why he always did that, he said it was because it actually helped his arms not get tired, holding them up constantly tires them out quicker, so he let them hang whenever he could.
