The material is very thick. It almost feels like a dive suit material. I want a pair of compression pants in that same thickness. Are the tights the same as the shirt I have?? The thick material is amazing. Any info would help. I went to the Under Armour store in Connecticut and asked but they weren’t sure.

Toua Xiong I would say medium for a tighter fit, and a large for a loser fit. Especially if you’re bulking so you have room to grow. But if you want tighter in the arms and chest then medium since the material is most likely stretchy Does that help?

Here is the right of passage, start with "loose" in your size, after six months or more of committed training, it should feel fitted, then wear the "fitted", when that feels compressed, then you are there.
