What a nice sewing set-up you have. I love that the cutting table has a bottom shelf and rolls away! The skirt turned out beautifully. From next year you will purely enjoy it without thinking about the frustration and mistakes. What a treasure.

Merry Christmas Laura! Your tree skirt turned out beautifully! Don’t be so hard on yourself! For a first quilting project you should be proud. In the quilting world there is a saying, it’s a marathon not a race for some projects. Cookies looked yummy! May try your process. There are some good binding tutorials out there on TH-cam from Fat quarter shop and Missouri Star and many others. Search and find the one that you relate to. 😊. Hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas!
