Those spring mount plates need to be welded to the diff, just like the ones you cut off Otherwise the diff will rotate inside the hangers and bust the universal joints off

Sumthin that may help u out a lil bit. Get sum tire lube for coating the bead before mounting the tire on the rim. I changed n repaired tires for many years in the shop n on n off road. Lube always helped.

At 24:43 the brake plates are mounted wrong. The lever should go to the back and the cylinder to the front.
