On W906 Chassis Mercedes Sprinter Vans (aka Dodge Sprinter and Freightliner Sprinter) the steering immobilizer can fail causing a no start issue and a locked steering column. But no fear! There is an inexpensive fix using an ELV Emulator and some cutting tools.
