i don’t get how can you be so quiet when studying, I’m always talking and screaming things like “wtf is this” and when I understand something I just go “wooooaaaaah”

Ever since I started middle school, things have became harder. And me being lazy as I am i rarely studied. Got decent grades. Up until I found your TH-cam channel and this video. It has helped me study and actually remember all of the information that i have been trying to learn. I do homework, revising, studying, even chores around the house with this video. My mom, who almost but never saw me studying, is the most proud she has ever been. Even my sister, who is studying to become a doctor and has to study 24/7, never saw me study this much. Actually using my phone to watch this limits me from doing anything else with it so in a way im more productive coz im using my phone. I actually display it on a very big screen my dad once walk into my office and was talking in a very low voice coz he thought Nassir was my classmate and we’re studying online and didn’t want to interrupt him 😂

i drink coffee once in a blue moon and its usually around or before my final exams (only if I don't get enough sleep). @@rahmahassaf2275 It's actually normal when you come close to the exam dates...I study for about 7-8 hours on normal days too being a medical student, and the study time increases exponentially when the examination weeks kick in. We do take small breaks tho.

I enjoyed your thorough post. The amount of caffeine consumed correlates with the level of boredom experienced at forcing oneself to study material for horrendously long hours on end. I, on the other hand, have found a way to study for 10 hours straight enjoying every single minute of it without any type of stimulant. The information is the stimulant but the information itself is a component of a system that negates force and stress. But there is a significant drawback to my system. A significant one!!!! A truly significant drawback I might add.

i drink coffee once in a blue moon and its usually around or before my final exams (only if I don't get enough sleep). I knew someone who drank coffee everyday and he tried to stop but went through withdrawals in the process. My parents hate it too lol but meh, once you're old enough in college they wont know lols

@@rahmahassaf2275 It's actually normal when you come close to the exam dates...I study for about 7-8 hours on normal days too being a medical student, and the study time increases exponentially when the examination weeks kick in.
We do take small breaks tho.

The amount of caffeine consumed correlates with the level of boredom experienced at forcing oneself to study material for horrendously long hours on end.
I, on the other hand, have found a way to study for 10 hours straight enjoying every single minute of it without any type of stimulant. The information is the stimulant but the information itself is a component of a system that negates force and stress.
But there is a significant drawback to my system. A significant one!!!! A truly significant drawback I might add.
