it was diverted to davao, the flight actually will land in Cebu but the Cebu Airport has mess in runway(i guess) due to Super Typhoon Odette.

Why is there a 777 from sfo? Is it a scheduled flight?
It should be SFO-CEB but due to the damage in CEB caused by Typhoon Rai, the flight was re-routed to DVO.

Depends on how many passengers are going to Davao City or a cancelled flightex. PR2817 is cancelled, so they'll deploy PR1817
