You gotta wait a few months, even when the game launches it won’t be fully optimized. Also may never be as clear as codm. This game was made using the mw engine and I suspect they’re using temporal anti aliasing

Settings -> Overview -> customize HUD -> click on joystick -> Variants -> and then default
If that didn’t work go on overview and top left you can see key future
