i already know these things since 7th grade (2010), but i didn't make it till now , and the one from which i know all these things is on e4 level now i think , bcz he did a part time mba in financial manangement(part time from jamanlal bajaj) simultaneously , that help him in a promotion easily , and he aso got a DDA flat on luckywithdraw basis , which is only for delhi state offocers, central govt employee and for psu employees which is worth of good amount , and the thing is that he is so miser(kanjus) using his house allowance , and the flat's which they got already having buyer's which were ready to gave and extra of about 40-50lakh , but he don't wanna give them now , cause he always has a dream of having a own home in delhi, that's all folks, HOPE THIS WILL BE INSPIRING FOR GETTING INTO ONGC , cause it is the best job for engineers .

Now it has become a stable where engineers and technical personnel receive same benefits as that of HR Finance Legal Transport etc. Earlier field personnel received Operation Allowance and Well bonus. Now that is stopped. The man slogging out day / night in open air gets same emoluments as the desk babus. Laptop , white goods , cell phone etc are for all. All these goodies will soon be stopped as ongc is on verge of privatisation. Ambani or Adani will not give all these lollypops. Funny , how any Tom Dick or Hari starts making videos and public accepts it . Make a video on Drilling rig activity and the feelings of those who work in rigs. The picture is not that rosy as projected. Lot many join ongc hearing the lollys but once they face the hard life, quit for easier white collar jobs. Stand 8 hours in winter on the brake Bro, and then make a video.
