    You worked for 15 months and understood the compatibility.. I am ten years and counting and still learn a new thing everyday at Indian Oil.. and the things you told are common to almost every job.. best way to avoid all this is to not work for any company at all which you are probably doing right now...

      It's not the case everyone has their priorities ..if some has family responsibilities suppose can he leave the job answer no. Similarly depends on other opportunities as well. My Alma matter is an IIT have seen hell lot of people leaving job and either turned into an entrepreneur or just for preparing for UPSC or PhD ...all depends on responsibility and opportunity..it's not a general case one can quote
      So every decision a person takes is correct coz he does so as per his situation he is dwelling and dealing

      I had rendered regular meritorious service of 28 years in ONGC. I was denied medical facility due to non compliance of Deptt. Of Public Enterprises Govt. Of India guidelines in 2005. Other oil PSUs such as Indian Oil Corporation LTD. BPCL and EIL are providing medical facility to their separated employees similar to my case since 2005.This Information was received thru RTI. One former Director Finance Shri I.N. Chatterjee who resigned in 2001 and rendered only 18 years of service was provided medical facility as a special case. This information was received thru RTI. Even contractual workers working in the office of ONGC New Delhi are being provided medical facility. Me and my wife are Sr. Citizen and suffering from old age disease. I have been constantly writing to ONGC Ministry of Petroleum and other constitutional authorities along with all documentary evidences but all in vain. Real failure is REGRET.. There is no point in cribbing and being in the same Job... Its the biggest Win to listen to the inner voice becoz that know what we want to become... Listening inner voice cant be failure.. Never..

    Sir I also left my job. I was not in PSU . I was in India army, I joined Indian army in 2012 but after working 5 years I decided to left my job, not bcz of war , not bcz of death, bcz it didn't match me. I was technician in army. Now I prepare for BPSC. But society is so cruel. U can't live long in this type of society, where these types of people...........
    U know what I want to say.....
    So say about these things , how u handled it???

    This is exact insight that I try to provide in my guidance videos.
    Things are not as simple as good or bad, only a detailed analysis can tell the compatibility of person to a job.
    I also know how difficult it would have been for you to leave the job.
    But u have made a decision, it's time to prove it right..👍

    Its simple, if you have financial support, you family does not expecting any money from you, go-ahead and do whatever you want. Instead of that if your family depends on your monthly income then there is no meaning from leaving your job. If you don't like that job, find out a good one then leave the existing one.

    Yes, it's very difficult to take this decision bcoz being girl . I m electrical engineer and I work in a company for 2 years bcoz there is bond and I always quit never switch. Then again after 4 month I worked for 1.5 years. I try to write gate but didn't clear after 3 years of my failure of preparations. I get back to work. And I couldn't be there more then 1 month. I have married but I m seeing myself as sad every moment.

    Compatible? So what is the exact reason you were feeling not compatible? All video i waited for that answer which you din't even talk about.

    • @ExergicGATE
      @ExergicGATE  6 ปีที่แล้ว +26

      The reasons may be personal. Posting, boredom, family situation, etc.
      If you are looking for the exact answer, then you actually missed the point of whole video that it varies person to person.
      The resignation does not mean something wrong about IOC.

    • @bharatterang3751
      @bharatterang3751 6 ปีที่แล้ว +19

      Exergic GATE Preparation if it was personal then why make this video? The video doesn't match with the title. And obviously it is a known thing that for everything that happens in life or the decisions we make it might differ from person to person.

    • @ExergicGATE
      @ExergicGATE  6 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Our students keep asking us on daily basis that did Chandresh sir resign because PSUs are bad? The video is for them to tell them that it is a matter of personal choice. We have mentioned that in the first line of the Video. :)

    At the end of the day money counts, in country like India if you are getting government job with handsome salary you have to ignore small thinks like transfers, colleague's etc you and your family gets secured financially during service and even after retirement. Now a days youth are not getting job in India if you give this type of job to a capable unemployed youth he will considered himself to be the blessed person in whole world, he will salute to the PSU job and last thing I am myself a PSU employee and I feel myself blessed enough and don't think much about my transfer or compatibility, whatsoever. Just think that where will you reach after 10 years from your current position if you have this handsome job.
