I’m so tired of these neighbors and I must put a stop to them. I can’t put hot ft powder in their front yard or back because of the cameras.

Thank you 🙏 you can definitely use a candle instead of water. Just take the remains as far away from you as possible.
Also just use a generic incantation because this one was crafted with water in mind.
