Listening to this young man is a great encouragement to this old preacher's heart. With young men like this, staying with the Word, preaching the Gospel, the future looks good. God bless you Adam Tyson, may your tribe increase.

Praise God that He raised a pastor like Pastor Adam Tyson who came out of Pastor John Macarthur’s Seminary -Masters to be given this platform to be used powerfully for God’s Glory and has started with Kanye West! Praise The Lord that He will crush all negativity towards this pastor and Kanye. I say God is going to continue to use both Pastor Adam and Kanye to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to those are dying and heading towards eternal destruction. Thank you Lord Jesus for the spread of the gospel in the darkness, in the people in spiritual prisons completely unknowing that they are there. But God bring forth the gospel in remarkable circumstances like using an ordinary pastor to speak a Truth to this dying crowd! Love ❤️ You Jesus! Go Pastor Adam continue speaking to the dead! And The Spirit of God will melt hearts...

I just tuned in cause I am praying about moving from California to Georgia and considering Dawsonville....and now I find I can't stop listening. I pray God will continue to bless you as you minister His truth. You blessed me today!

That ministry is marked as a "works for salvation" church. Find a faith only church that doesn't preach the added work of "repent of sins" to the salvation gospel, which is 1 Cor 15.

@@lucashack5318 Repentance is not in the same category as righteous works.

@@FlamSalad You're right. The word repentance ( the way it is used in the N.T.) is to grieve, or feel remorse for immoral actions. Jesus wanted to bring "sinners to repentance " After Jesus was crucified, the apostles were telling the Jews that they needed to repent (feel bad for killing their messiah) and believe that Jesus was the messiah. Adam Tyson is saying, for a sinner to RECEIVE the gift of salvation, one must repent of their sins (Stop sinning, or turn from their sins). No where in the Bible does salvation have that condition. The Holy Spirit came to CONVICT the world of "the sin of unbelief." That conviction sends us to hell. The gospel is good news. Jesus paid our sin debt by living a sinless life and dying on the cross for us.. All we must do to collect that payment is A) Feel remorse for our sinful life. B) Know those sins are sending us to hell if we are not saved. And C) Trust and have faith in the finished work of Jesus. Once we accept that payment , the Holy Spirit gives us a new heart That new heart and Spirit reveals our sin to us and brings us knowledge of the truth. Once our sin is revealed to us we can begin bearing fruit for the Lord (work on not sinning, spreading love and charity, reading the Bible and praying, and witnessing to unbelievers). Any action other than faith taken by you (commitment to stop sinning) before salvation is an added work to the finished work of Christ and will nullify grace.

"No where in the Bible does salvation have that condition." Consider in Revelation 2, when Jesus addresses the church in Ephesus. He lists many strengths of the church, but there is one thing which the church must repent of, or else Jesus will remove their lampstand from them.
"Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place."
Do you think, in this context, that 'losing their lampstand' is synonymous with losing their salvation?
"How much more severely do you think one deserves to be punished who has trampled on the Son of God, profaned the blood of the covenant that sanctified him, and insulted the Spirit of grace?" (Hebrews 10:29).
Yes, we still sin as Christians, but our sin still demands repentance as it arises. I am mostly concerned with the motivation behind not repenting as a Christian. Imagine if a Christian, in knowing that Jesus has paid the fine in full, does not repent to God after they sin. This Christian is sinning with the high hand; this Christian is lukewarm; this Christian is a worthless servant, good for nothing. Regardless of whether it is true that one does not need to repent after they have received salvation (because their faith alone has saved them), only the Christian whose heart is inclined toward God WILL repent even after they know they are redeemed from hell.
We are not in a covenant with just another human being; we are in a covenant with the Holy God of the Universe. This God HATES sin with a righteous anger, and "if we deliberately go on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no further sacrifice for sins remains, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and raging fire that will consume all adversaries (Hebrews 10:26-27).

@@FlamSalad I think you have a wild imagination. What would make you think a candlestick means salvation? Let's see what the candlesticks are. If you read Revelations it actually tells you.
      Revelation 1:20 KJV
"The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven CHURCHES."
Okay. So a candlestick is a CHURCH. Jesus says if they don't get back to the first works, he will blow out their candlestick. The first works are to BELIEVE ON JESUS FOR SALVATION. That is who overcometh the world in 1 John 5.5. In Rev 2, the Church Jesus is rebuking has fallen into heresy. Jesus is warning them to go back to faith alone or he's going to take the church away from them (Blow out their candlestick).
Stop trying to interpret scripture with your own carnal mind. Just match scripture with scripture. Use the Bible (The King James Bible) to interpret itself. How you'd come up with a candlestick being synonymous with salvation of everyone in a church is mindblowing to me. All you have to do is study the Bible. You don't have to assume what a candlestick is. It actually tells you.
Yes. It's good to confess your sins and repent in your Christian walk. I never said you shouldn't. I said adding repenting of sins as a requirement for salvation nullifies grace and you won't be saved. Don't put words in my mouth. I'm talking about salvation. More than likely, Jesus was talking to YOUR church. You quoted Hebrews "no more sacrifice for sins" as if Jesus blood isn't sufficient. Jesus would rebuke you for saying something that ridiculous . That Hebrews passage strengthens my faith in the gospel because I know the context of it. Paul was explaining to the Israelites that they didn't have to sacrifice animals for their sins anymore because Jesus' sacrifice was enough for ALL sins, past, present and future. There are no more sacrifice for sins! Jesus paid it all! He was the perfect Lamb! Amen!
