It oughta be "The POWER and Wealth of the Wicked" for they seem to control everything. The Second Coming will be when their power is broken and justice prevails on Earth. Amen.

Remember going to grace 1986 -8 and 1996-7. Used to sing "Whom have I' (David Durham), taken from Psalms 73, in their High School & College Sunday School classes. I still am corrected by & draw comfort from both this Psalm, and the song taken from it as I continue to "Grow in grace & in the knowledge of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. To [Whom] be [ALL] glory both now & for ever. Amen."
Whom have I in heaven but thee
And beside thee I desire nothing on earth
My flesh and heart are weak and may fail
But God is the strength of my heart
God the Lord is the strength of my heart
    He’s my portion forever
Yes the Lord my God is the strength of my heart
The nearness of God is my good
When my heart was bitter within
    All my reason had gone
And I was blind before thee
    Then the Lord my God
    Took hold of my hand
Now He is the strength of my heart

Q: Was Asaph the brother of Zechariah(killed by Solomon)? I heard this was the anger he was speaking of.

Yes, the wicked do prosper but when I was wicked I was poor. Once I gave my life to Jesus and learned His Word, then I prospered. I have 2 sisters who are so jealous of my success and they are spending all their time and energy trying to prosper any way they can while simultaneously trying to destroy what God has blessed me with. I have told them countless times to put Jesus first and He will add everything else unto them. That is the secret to my success but they still continue to spin their wheels. This has been going on for decades and they still don't get it. I pray that someday they will start to believe what they see, how my life became better by leaps and bounds, after Jesus came into my life. If I may add something, "He who dies with the most blessings wins".

@carlosmuller3565 The promise we receive from God when we accept Jesus as our Lord and saviour of God is not wealth even though God blesses his children with wealth and more. It is also not a life without problems because the Bible says" in this world you will have many troubles but be of good cheer I have overcomed the world." The promise of God is eternal life if we accept Jesus and rub the "race" well... Regardless of whatever we face in this world whether good or bad one thing that is sure for us is eternal life... This is the true reward that matters. This is the reward we should thrive to receive. The Bible says, " What shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul. " It's okay to desire wealth....God even often places those desires in our heart. The bible even says, "He teaches us to profit". But never try to gain wealth at the expense of the true reward. You can be rich and go to hell and you can also be poor and go to hell. All in all seek God first and safe guard what truly matters. Seek God's reward of eternal life.
