    Your videos have been pretty helpful as I consider/plan a move. Gonna be renting for the first year, or so while getting adjusted, and deciding where to stay long term, but appreciate all the info you provide about the areas.

    We are relocating to the Orlando area from Kalamazoo, Michigan in February of 2022 and are looking for a 2 bed 2 bath rental, any suggestions that do not break the bank?

    • @donsprenkel
      @donsprenkel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Violet, it really depends on what you are comfortable with month to month, and what areas you are looking at. The average rental rate in the Orlando area is around $1500-1600/month, but the Orlando area is a pretty big place with a ton of different options. We're happy to jump on a call with you, reach out anytime! 407.801.2028

    How’s the Apopka area? Looks like some nice houses in the Errol estates community. Anything special about that area?

    • @donsprenkel
      @donsprenkel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Apopka has seen a lot of new construction homes/communities over the last 10 years. The north end tends to have a bit higher median price point, but that is also where the bulk of newer construction is located. It also has a great access point to the 429 toll road that will run you all the down to the Disney area with access along the way to the turnpike, and SR-408 which runs east and west and will take you right into downtown Orlando. You're also nearby quite a few natural springs (rock springs and wekiva springs, just to name a few). Reach out anytime if there is anything else we can do for you!

    Your videos are awesome & informative.
    I'm retiring from my job in a few years & am moving to Orlando to work part-time at Disney. Could you tell me some really close places to Disney where we could move where I would not have to cross I-4 to get to work (we are having trouble narrowing down where to search for a new house)? Is there any other advice that you could give me about moving to the Orlando area? Thanks again for everything that you do with your channel.

      Winter garden, Dr. Phillips, and Windermere are all great areas nearby with great access to Disney and completely away from I4
      We just released a winter garden video and posted a one in Windermere last year. Definitely check them out! Thanks for commenting, glad you enjoy the content! ⭐️🙌

    People in Orlando truly believe that it’s culturally important.
