    I’ll definitely be planning a trip soon. Thanks for the video. Shows some of what to expect.

    Looks like a challenging but fun day in the wet.

      Yes it was. It was much easier the last time we were out there, we just kind of walked up everything. No winches required. Glad we had winches on this outing though because after the mudslide we could only go forward...

      Yeah that park is a real jewel. I’ve been going out there for 20 years off and on. Thanks for watching.

    I'm visiting the park in September this year. Open diffs, hope it doesn't rain lol

      I think I could have made it with out all the winch drama. The JT is less than a year old and that was the first time I had really had it out. I was being cautious. But I have done that trail dry and it is much easier for sure.

    How much lift and what size tires were you running on your Gladiator for this trail? I’ll be doing it tomorrow in my JTRD 2” lift and 37” tires.

      You’ll be fine. I have the 2 inch MOPAR lift, which I actually am extremely happy with, and 35s. I have ran that trail in my old JK with 2.5 inches of lift and 33s. Also no issues. The JL in this video is bone stock to give comparison. Finally a friend of mine has done it in a JTRD on 35s and stock suspension. Thanks for watching our channel. Means alot. Stay safe hope you have a good trip.

      @@orderofthetravelinghats236 just got done with all three. I know the BOH app rates fun run the most difficult but I thought it was the most enjoyable and fun. Rubicon Ridge I thought was the most difficult with the off camber situations and coming oh so close on several occasions to scraping the hard top. Managed to make it through unscathed. Just have to go slow.

      @@TrailExpedition I agree completely with that assessment. I have ran all three BOH trails down there (not in the gladiator yet) Rubicon Ridge is the most difficult in my mind as well. Glad you had a good time and that you got off the trail clean with no damage.

    What suspension and tires do you have on the Gladiator? I am going to try and do Rubicon Ridge, Fun Run and snake. I have a stock Rubicon Gladiator.

      I have 35x10.50 kenda klevers. I’m running the 2 inch MOPAR suspension. However I’ve got a friend that did all three with stock suspension and 35s. Both of them are rubicons but you shouldn’t need a locker if you are careful. Have fun.

    You may try airing down your tires for better traction and a smoother ride. Invest in a portable compressor to air back up.

      @orderofthetravelinghats236  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah we had aired down some. I’ve done that trail dry and had zero issues. When it’s wet the mud is like grease. It was hard to walk on it.

    That is where I flopped a jeep once.

      Yeah that trail is a little sketch in a couple of places, in the wet its more sketch for sure.

      @@orderofthetravelinghats236 yeah it had rained the morning I flopped, but I also put my right tires up on the incline, because a log had fallen and was in the way. It looks like they have dug out the trail since I sold my crawler...
