Back to the question if the distribution is normal or not.
From my view, I think it is normal as I sometimes learnt that skewness and kurtosis are used to assess the normality of a distribution.
If either or both are > than 2.0, distribution is non- normal and if less,it is said to be normal.
Both in this case are less than 2.0.
Hence, seem to be normal.
